We had Lenny out to service our gas fireplace. While it was an easy job for him, it was a great value for the service. The communication was clear and responsive, when he arrived he was friendly, knowledgable and cognizant of our 8 week old and the noise of his vaccuum. He performed the service quickly, professionally and best (for both of us) I could pay him with a card while he was on site. The prices of Lancaster Gas Tech for a service plan/call are very affordable and much better than several other entities we called locally. Lenny provided good advice on a situation we've got with some water in the chimney, made a recommendation of who he would use and also was able to give a solid price estimate should we want to replace our insert. At no point did I feel pressured or "salesy" from him or the lady I spoke with to scheduled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LANCASTER GAS TECHS FOR ANY FIREPLACE INSERT REPAIRS.

Lancaster Gas Techs is your go to company for all your HVAC - Heating/Cooling needs. They are very professional, great communication, competitive pricing, kept to the timeline that was laid out. I have used Lancaster Gas Techs for several projects. Most recently we converted from Electric to Gas - Heat. We now have a super efficient Gas Furnace and new AC System. I will contact them for any future requests.
Lancaster Gas Techs was prompt, efficient, communicated well, did a great job cleaning up, and had fair pricing. I will definitely call them again for future HVAC and water heater needs.
