okay, here is the picture it is 9 PM, the hot water heater is seeping a gallon of water an hour all over the basement floor, the shut-off valve is soldered open due to [poor workmanship and who wants to pay a plumber for emergency services? not me, BUT i called Lamas plumbing at 7:30 AM and they were here in 15 minutes, got the shut-off valve freed up and drained out the hot water heater, BOOM problem solved. I have never had a plumber respond so quickly, and the service was reasonably priced even including the price they sold the hot water heater for and the labor was more than reasonable. the crew was friendly, respectful of our property, for instance to water trail up from our basement after they removed the old water heater and quick. i got a shower today and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone, even at the risk of longer response times. A REAL WINNER in my book. ALL of my plumbing and HVAC business will be going to them.
Called them after a scammer from Mr Rooter was here and tried to charge $500 minimum to "clean" my pipes. Keith from Lama's showed up, we discussed the situation and he proceeded to run a snake through one of the branches of the system. They charged the 1 hour minimum of $125 for a full hour of work and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend them highly.
Within 2 hours of discovering broken pipes, on the coldest morning of the year, Lamas Plumbing had repaired the problem. The workers were talented, friendly, and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. They even went above and beyond, fixing other related problems and offering sound advice to avoid future issues. Lamas will be our first call in the future.
We called them after we saw their van parking on 6th and Canyon. Carlos was great and answered all our questions and listened to all our concerns before making his recommendations on the work to be done. Carlos was quick and professional and everything he did was explained to us. I will continue to use Lamas. I highly-recommend Lamas Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.
