Saul did great work on my a/c. Thought I was going to need a $600 fix and it ended up with that not being the situation. He reevaluated it and found the real issue and it was greatly cheaper. Highly recommend!
I was out of town with a dog sitter in my house. Saul responded very quickly and worked into the night to install a new AC unit. He is Highly recommended!
The tech was not able to resolve the AC issue I was having. He is doing things based on guessing and trial and error. He was paid for something that did not work. When I called him next day, he never wanted to talk to me. I have never encountered such an embarrassing experience.
Would 100% recommend Lakeshore Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC work. Saul was helpful, professional, and overall a delight to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Saul was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He worked efficiently to perform the HVAC maintenance and also discovered an issue with our dryer vent that he shared with us. We greatly appreciated his work ethic, fair price and enjoyed working with Saul! We will certainly be reaching out again next time we have a need arrive and would highly recommend Saul.
We have used Lakeshore -- (ie. Saul) -- since we have been in our home (over 7 years now). We cannot say enough wonderful things about him! We trust him fully with everything! And Saul is such a wonderful, thoughtful, and respectful person. He will take care of YOU and yours fully! His work is second to none! He will do everything he needs to in order to get the job done in working order and precisely. He is an expert at HVAC and even has expertise in various appliances (refrigerator, stove, toilets, etc). If he cannot fix it he is always able to recommend the best for whatever job needs to be done. Saul is thoughtful, respectful, and trustworthy. He knows and treats us like his own family. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

He takes the time to explain when I don't understand & provides affordable options when determining solutions. I have always appreciated his honesty & no pressure attitude. Saul was great to work with....was able to figure out the issue quickly and repaired in a timely manner.
Sal is great. Great work, professional and friendly. He explained everything about individual A/C units and their SEER. He gave me great options in choosing a unit and never tried to push the sale. Hopefully I don’t have anymore HVAC issues for awhile, but if so, Sal will be my go to.
