Jason responded to my urgent no heat situation on a very cold day. He troubleshooted the situation, allowed me to order a circuit board at my request, and returned to install it. It's been a couple weeks, so the problem is resolved. I truly trust Jason, so I will engage his services year round for maintenance on my furnace and central air systems. Nice to have an expert I can trust for years ahead.
Jason’s customer service and fairness sold me on Lakeland. In the past, when I was dealing with my old AC unit and furnace, Jason provided excellent service. He was available to contact via text and frequently asked about seasonal inspections for the AC and furnace. During the recent 90 degree weather, my AC unit died and Jason answered my desperate text asking for service to my old AC unit. I was so thankful that Jason was able to make time for an appointment that very day. He was very professional and helped me choose a new AC unit, furnace, and water heater at a fair price. Jason and Ardon did a great job with the service and instillation! They were very professional and helpful too! Thank you!
Jason is an absolute professional. I am seeing some reviews that Jason is rude but I feel that his directness is being misconstrued as rudeness. He is extremely professional and always direct with his responses. He will troubleshoot, notify the owner, complete the repairs/cleaning, and even educates the owner on how to prevent issues in the future. His prices are fair and never pushes to do more than what he believes is truly necessary. Definitely recommend Jason for his professionalism, efficiency, and pricing.
Just rude. Called attempting to schedule someone to come out for an inspection. Had I known that my phone call would have been such a bother then I would have called another business. Told me he didnt have time and to just get a portable ac unit and then hung up.
Jason from Lakeland is top notch. He showed up on time (early actually), examined the issue and repaired my furnace for minimal cost by replacing one component. Another person had come out and told me I needed a new furnace. Thank you Jason for being honest. This is a good business and I highly recommend.

Called to have my elderly mother’s AC checked because it stopped working in this heat. Jason shows up seeming irritating to begin with. Checks everything out and tells us to get some window AC units because it’s not worth it to him to fix things. Doesn’t really describe what is wrong, just says it all needs to be replaced. Gets in his truck and leaves without paperwork or a quote for new AC. Now we are stuck waiting again for another company. Was surprised and shocked at the rudeness, would not recommend to anyone.
Kudos to Lakeland Heating and Cooling for a superb and prompt service! Professionalism at its superlative, experience to diagnose problems and above all, honesty. We had a problem with our furnace which required the replacement of a part. Jason responded promptly, gave us the heads-up before arriving, just as he indicated, and installed the part we bought. He followed up with another visit for a different issue which he, once more, fixed very fast (moreover, on a late Friday evening). Definitely, the only company to call for all heating and cooling needs.
Jason was very punctual on arriving to my house on a Monday morning. After a full inspection of my air conditioner from 1993, it was determined my wife and I need to replace our old unit. Jason was professional and followed closely to CDC protocol during our current pandemic. Jason was honest with his pricing and showed me all the options when it comes to replacing our air conditioner unit. Fortunately, Jason scheduled his technicians to come out to my house that afternoon for a 5 hour replacement of my old unit. Jason's technicians were also very professional and courteous. Furthermore, during mid-afternoon an EF-1 tornado came through my town. The technicians kept on working and completed the job. A few days later, Jason came back for a follow-up inspection, just to make sure the refrigerant was topped off, and everything was working perfectly. I'll definitely use Jason in the future for further HVAC issues in my house.
Lakeland did a great job! He was very knowledgable and fair. When other HVAC companies were trying to push me for a full system replacement, Lakeland came in, told me the truth and repair the air coil that was the problem. I will definitely be using Lakeland again for my future HVAC needs, no doubt. I attached before and after pictures. The prior owners of my home did a terrible DIY job and the AC couldn't keep up with the heat. He replaced the air coil and repaired all the ducting for an extremely fair price.
I contacted Lakeland on a Sunday for a quote to install a smart thermostat. Jason provided the quote quickly and also gave his cell number. I called him on Monday evening around 7 pm and was able to schedule an appointment for next morning. He was flexible and agreed to come at 7:30 am. Here is my summary Punctuality - excellent (my door bell rang at 7:30 am sharp) Customer service - Excellent (he installed quickly and answered many of my questions while he was working) Customer delight - he cleaned the dust with his cleaning gear. I was not expecting that. Pricing - Reasonable and flexible(accepts card, check, Apple Pay, PayPal etc.) I was very happy and will recommend Jason to anyone looking for Hvac related tasks.
Jason came for an estimate, performed a thorough HVAC evaluation, explained everything in great detail, and gave me a quote. He patiently answered my multiple follow-up questions, and gave me several options. He made a very good impression, and I feel confident to make Lakeland my HVAC company of choice. Thanks!
