Same experience as others. Scheduled appt between 12-3, no call, no show. credit card charged (or held at least). What is it with services companies and zero communication?
Trying to use this business but the first appointment they obviously over scheduled and had to reschedule for the next day and then that day they didn't show up either or call me but yet they had my money on hold out of my bank account which I really thought that was weird to do this service call and still haven't refunded me
I gave these thieves my credit card number to reserve an appointment for service. Hours later a fraudulent charge appeared on my credit card. Coincidence? NEVER DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
I called this company days in advance. They set up a 2 hour window from 4to 6 pm. At 5:30 I called to confirm they would make it. They called the tech who confirmed he would be here by 6:10pm. At 6:52 they called and canceled. Do not use this company. They will give you the run around. I left work early to make this appointment and now I’ve got to call a different company and most likely wait a few more days!
Did not use them because they wanted a $59 deposit due to Covid. BS if you ask me
