I found this HVAC repair company online for the repair assistance that I needed on my ac that was not blowing air. Terrible customer service. I called this company because they have 5 stars on line. But be careful !! I talked with the lady customer service called Sabrina. As my property is in a condo. In order to get access to the roof (where the machine) is, this company need email my HOA manager for access information. I was told the email was sent yesterday. the appointment is this afternoon. but this morning the whole morning has passed, no follow up and nothing. When I called again around 1pm, I was told she did not receive reply from the property manager (actually property manager already replied) and then she said she can not have access to manager's email. Isn't manager should treat customer's request as top priority ? the manager is hiding there and not coming onto the phone after I request to speak to the manager. This is totally wasting my time for 2 days, not even making an appointment. This company does not have customer service and respond to you in a timely fashion.
