We are thoroughly pleased with Labran and Mitchell Mechanical Service. We needed to have our HVAC unit replaced outside and inside the attic (Condenser and Coil) and this team walked us through the process and worked within our budget. The workers were neat and added plastic paper and drop cloths from the front entry of our home, up the stairs and throughout the second level where the work was being done. Once completed, they took photographs of the work done in the attic to show us and cleaned up after the job was finished. They were at our home for several hours and was very considerate of our property. I would definitely use Labran and Mitchell again and recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Dwight came out and repaired my AC unit after a tree squashed it! Not only was Dwight and his partner fast, knowledge technicians, but they were also charismatic and personable people! They only needed a few hours to completely replace my exterior unit and a few other ends of our AC. Would recommend!
Great crew arrived on time and worked efficiently, introduced themselves professionally, walked us through the services we were getting, how and what they were gonna do and took measures to protect our furniture and belongings. We are very happy with the service they provided.

Mr. Labran was on time, professional, and extremely good interacting with both myself and my tenant. Mr. Labran arrived to find that the inspection/recommendation for repair by the previous HVAC company was in error. Instead of panicking or driving off (something he was well within his rights to do), he inspected the system, found the real problem, and fixed it. He did this while juggling the voices & concerns of his workers, my insurance adjuster, two representatives from the previous HVAC company that had done the initial assessment, my tenants, and me. He did this calmly with an eye towards solving the problem. I could not recommend him and his company higher and he will be my HVAC specialist moving forward.
I don't often take the time to write reviews but in this case, it is well worth the effort. I called Labran & Mitchell Mechanical Service Inc and spoke with Mr. Labran the owner of the company on a Sunday, he responded quickly arriving the next day after calling in problem. He was helpful, explaining clearly the options I had and what I would be charged. NO hidden fees and charges. I knew what they will do and what I will be charged. He found no refrigerant in our system causing hot air to blow through our vents. He tested for leaks searching coils in the attic, main line from unit upstairs to the unit outside, and the unit itself outside. After extensive testing he found a leak in the high-pressure switch in the outside unit. To repair the leak, he had to physically climb into the center of the outside unit. After he repaired the switch and vacuumed out the lines, he added the needed refrigerant. The result was very cold air blowing through the vents! I pleased with the amount of time he spends listening and helping solve and fix the issue. I would 100% recommend Labran & Mitchell Mechanical Service Inc to any of my friends and family member. I called Mr Labran on a Sunday evening because my AC wasn’t working. Me Labran made arrangements to come to my house at 8 am the next day. Mr Labran gave me the run down of the possibilities of what could be wrong with my unit. He went above and beyond explaining to me what the problem could be so when it was time to tell me what was wrong I was fully aware. I am very pleased with the services he provided and already told him he was my HVAC guy! Superb professionalism!

My units were installed in March and I waited for the AC season before posting. Forget 5 stars! I would give them 10, 5 stars for each of the 2 units they installed at my home. From the 1st impression at the estimate to completion everything was professional and delivered as promised at the quoted price and on time. P.S. My energy consumption decreased by 1000 kW from the same time period last year.
We was referred three companies by our real estate agent. And this company was the first to respond in a professional and timely manner. They came out did an assessment of the scope of work. Quoted a very reasonable price, we excepted the offer, and just like they promised we was up and running the next day. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
