The tech from LA HVAC Expert in Glendale showed up this morning at 8:00 am just like dispatcher promosed. The job was great, cleaned and ordered. And the best, Mr. Ryan, the technician, was very nice and during the process, he explained all the steps. I have used many a/c companies over the years and this one by far has been the best experience.
Great staff. Front desk support is wonderful, the technician is very pleasant to work with. A technician by the name of Jack from LA HVAC Expert in Reseda fixed my ac. All of my dealings with this company have been great. I'd never call anyone else.
This is the second time that I use their services. Luis came out today within 2 hours just like they told me when I called. The one and only thing that I’m not to happy about is the brand or unit I purchased. I have had real problems with the AC, moisture built up and have had countless other AC companies work on my house but I never got so much help before. Very professional and diligent.
LA HVAC Expert in Sherman Oaks was great to work with when the A/C stopped putting out cold air in our house. The folk's in the call center we're friendly and courteous. Artur was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. And he made this a very pleasant experience in a very unpleasant moment. Would definitely recommend Artur and this company.

LA HVAC Expert even had a dispatcher call me throughout the day to keep me informed about the status of getting the technician to my house which was extremely helpful. Ryan came out the same day we requested an appointment, let us know ahead of time when he is arriving, took his time listening to us, answering questions and then assessing our home. They also have a reasonably priced maintenance program that was similar to one I had while living in another state. I am so happy that I called LA HVAC Expert in Encino!
After 4 estimates from 4 highly rated HVAC companies in Tarzana I chose LA HVAC Expert. New system was installed about a week later. Installation crew was great! Thank me for feeling that I can trust you and be safe!
LA HVAC Expert way replaced one of our heater unit. Eddie was very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with our old unit and that he could get a new unit out to us on Monday morning. I had a really great experience and would highly recommend rite aid and these two gentlemen on their excellent work.
I have been with this company for a few years. Made so much better by the upbeat performance, and outgoing, friendly personality of the service technician Ryan. Professional, extremely prompt and they did great work. The customer service people are also very helpful and caring. All around great company!

I need to let you know how wonderful Peter was this morning. He’s always personable, but I couldn’t get the AC to turn on and he figured that out, did the thorough check and showed me how to clean a filter on the unit. A real bonus. Thank you for sending him.

Two technicians were dispatched to my new home to replace and install a new furnace. They were incredible professionals who went above and beyond in explaining how the new furnace works, what is required for proper maintenance, and helpful hints. Definitely a great job done by a great team.
Technician explained what he was going to do before beginning work. After doing the diagnostics and maintenance, he explained what he had done and what needed replaced. Got my authorization to install part. I was very satisfied.
