Knowledgeable, respectful, and answered all my questions without rushing or complaining. He arrived a little bit late however, they called before. Bet price for a new Lennox system and no one even came close. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new AC or repair to an existing unit.
I've had bad experiences with AC companies in the past. What a treat when I deal with a company that provides such great service! Eddie, the service technician, arrived in less than three hours of when I placed my call for repair. I highly recommend this company and will renew the maintenance contract. A+++

Ryan was amazing. Came same-day to service our unit. He was knowledgeable, patient and walked me through using comparisons so I could understand what was happening with the AC system. Will definitely be calling LA HVAC Expert in Laguna Niguel in the future.
The technicians were on time and very professional. They were very clear in explaining the different options to repair the system. They drove all the way out late at night just to make sure everything was working! I highly recommend not only the company but service technician Eddie.

Artur was absolutely great! He was reliable and quick and communicated very well. He went through every detail of the maintenance inspection report with me and answered all my questions. Got us on the right path to get my a/c fixed.
I had a service appointment on Jan 11, 2023. I received outstanding service from Ryan the Technician. He is a great technician, he did a very thorough job on my system and was able to answer my questions with as much detail as I asked for. Ryan fixed the problem thoroughly. The initial service was prompt and the technician professional as well as knowledgeable in his trade.
Eddie and Kevin with LA HVAC Expert in Dana Point were prompt, polite, efficient and neat. They installed our unit in one day. On time and courteous. No high pressure sales pitch. The Team was very professional and provided excellent customer service.
I made an appointment with them in November 2022. When my old system started leaking and falling apart, Alex showed up to inspect it. He said he could have a team there the next day to replace the entire system, which was fantastic because the old system had already been in place for 17 years when we moved in. Excellent work!
This is an amazing run business! When I called LA HVAC Expert in Laguna Niguel to schedule an appointment, they actually listened to my concerned and did a great job getting someone out to my house as quickly as possible. These guys did just that, in the time frame stated. Their responsiveness would be the best reason to hire them. I will definitely call your company in the future for any repairs or replacement of my unit.
The furnace stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Trying to find a place that was open was slightly difficult. I knew I wanted a whole new unit, as it was something I was looking into, but the furnace breaking forced me to get one asap. I submitted a quote request, and the owner replied the fastest. I told him my situation and he was knowledgeable and helpful, getting an appointment for a new unit to be installed Monday. On Monday, the guys came out right on time! Usually, service calls, appliance deliveries, and such give you a range of times they could show up, but LA HVAC Expert were wonderfully on time. They knew what they were doing and Ryan came by later to check in and help. They did a nice, better than the original. If I had to give any bad feedback, it's that they removed my wifi enabled Nest thermostat and installed a basic one. I would definitely call LA HVAC Expert again for any repairs or help.
The technician arrived to repair my furnace. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very fair with me in terms of pricing and options. His work is backed by a two-year warranty, which was important to me. It comes highly recommended.
The technician was excellent and extremely helpful. They repaired our HVAC system the same day we called.
I had to wait a couple of weeks for my appointment because I left it late to book. The booking process went smoothly, friendly staff was. LA HVAC Expert confirmed the appointment a day ahead and the technicians also phoned ahead when they were on their way. The technicians were very friendly and trustworthy. I am not really an expert on furnace cleaning, but I think the guys did a good job. The other nice thing is that LA HVAC Expert appreciates repeating customers. Overall, I was very satisfied and they will likely hear from me when it is time to have my furnace cleaned again.
We did our ""homework"" we researched the type of furnace and A/C we wanted and then we researched who we wanted to install it. We did get a total of four quotes and believe me it was a huge learning curve for us but a very worthwhile endeavor. LA HVAC Expert was our first choice for two reasons, first, they sold the product (Lennox) we decided was the best choice in furnaces and A/C, and second, LA HVAC Expert, had an outstanding record for installation and service. This company has measured up to all the reviews that I have read and I would most confidently recommend them!
