Great work and super professional service. The girl who answered my calls was extremely nice and professional and so were the technicians. David was great, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what my a/c issue was. I will definitely use this AC company again.
From booking the appointment, to getting a technician, took about an hour. Eddie is wonderful, knowledgable, and solves problems quickly and effectively. Eddie and his staff are super helpful and go the extra mile to avoid unnecessary cost/maintenance. We're extremely impressed and highly recommend this place.
I’ve been using this company for years to maintain the unit that came with our house (about 9 years). Professional, reliable, trustworthy service at a reasonable price. They were very helpful in identifying the leak, and they will take care of running new lines. This company met my expectations in every sense. Good job!
I contracted with LA HVAC Expert in Tarzana in March 2023 to service my business they have always been responsive, they arrive on time and performed the service as requested. Very professional and knowledgeable, from the secretaries I talked with (Jack and Thomas) to the AC technicians that I got to meet (Art and Ryan). Great company to work with. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend Art and Ryan to do the job for you.
The gentleman who provide service Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. He was very nice and quick to understand the problem and addressed it quickly. Checked and made sure the system was running properly before he left. I like they are using some technology which is not common in this business. 5 stars!
My AC stopped working last week and my friend quickly suggested I call LA HVAC Expert in Encino. Artur was helpful explaining issues and options. He was polite and personable. I had a wonderful experience and felt comfortable with the technician. I would recommend this company & it's employees to anyone! Keep up the good work!
Eddie was wonderful, knowledgeable and explained what was done and reviewed report which was emailed to me as promised. Times are tough nowadays, every little bit helps! Explained everything he found during the maintenance service to me very well. I would hope that Eddie would be the technician that would always check out.

I appreciate that LA HVAC Expert in Van Nuys enables us to track when the technician is on their way and how far away they are. Artur was also very quick to repair the problem. Our tech, was great -- knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain things to me step-by-step. Will call and use service again if ever needed. Highly recommend!
Thomas and his team prompted me to write my first review. I contacted them because of the great reviews left by other customers, and every word is true! I decided to go with LA HVAC Expert due to their detailed estimate, and overall professionalism. Thomas was extremely informative, provided me with options, and discounts, and even took the time to explain to me how the furnace system works. All of the guys that we met were incredibly nice and professional!
We were very pleased with LA HVAC Expert in Dana Point. Our furnace had gone out and we called to schedule an appt. The boy who took our call was pleasant and explained what to expect and everything so thoroughly. The next day we received a call from Jack to see if we were available earlier! What earlier? For every appt we ever make for at home, we wait all day and they come 3 hours later and don't even notify us. Upon Jack's arrival, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed our furnace. We couldn't be more pleased and will be definitely using them in the future. Thank you so much!
We just moved into our new home and the furnace started having some issues keeping up in the middle of the day. I called LA HVAC that had serviced our furnace a few weeks prior. This was a new problem that they didn't check on when they serviced it. Without even sending anyone out they recommended a new furnace unit. That didn't sit right with me so I called LA HVAC Expert to get a second opinion.
Service is simple to schedule. On the phone and during the service call, They were courteous. The technician discovered routine HVAC maintenance issues that my previous company had never mentioned. Overall, I am very pleased.
I scheduled with a handful of AC companies for quotes on doing a full replacement plus additional duct work that we needed. Actually, ten different companies to be exact. Jack was by far the most thorough and educated! He spent a long time with us going through the pros and cons of the different units and options we had. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but Jack and the rest of his crew absolutely deserve it. Professional from start to finish.
That almost happened in this case. The technician set the appointment for 9:00 am. I was shocked that he showed up, not at 9:00 am but 15 minutes early. And miracle of all miracles, he finished just 15 minutes prior to the time that he said he would. That is the hallmark of a professional who knew exactly what the job would take and lived up to it. I would wholeheartedly recommend LA HVAC Expert in Aliso Viejo. But it gets better. Eddie explained exactly what I needed to do to maintain my new system, operate the thermostat and who exactly to call if there was a problem.
This is an amazing company. Very knowledgeable and professional. They completely replaced the twenty-year-old furnace and heating system. We are totally pleased. I highly recommend this company.
Our downstairs furnace was out so we asked them to repair it. When the technician (Art) came in, the upstairs furnace was working. After four hours, the technician left with the downstairs furnace working but now the upstairs furnace is not working! They insisted that it was a coincidence and billed us for both the downstairs and upstairs units. To their credit, they sent someone the next day and fixed the upstairs unit. I do believe they're an honest company and are good at what they do. Great job!
