Larry and Bobby are great people. Very responsive and caring, they installed a brand new system for me. I could not have asked for a better team to do my install,?polite, generous with their time, answered all my questions and went above and beyond expectations.. if you are in need call L&S. Waited 10 months to post and we are as satisfied with our system, as the day it was installed. We have experienced a significant reduction in our electric bill, being total electric we can directly contribute it to the new system and the increase in energy rating! Would recommend L&S, without any reservations!
Came and worked very quickly, got the job done in a few hrs, cleaned up the area, and hauled off the old equipment .
I seen the ad on Facebook and decided to try to make sure it wasn’t spam. I’m glad I did try it was the best choice I have ever made on a big purchase for my house. Larry called me and he didn’t say he be out in a month or so I was Blessed he came next day from Henryetta!! He was very professional, introduce himself & gave me a card to show his business name before he even entered my house. He and I discussed what problems I was (was) having with my unit the inside one & outside one. It was a let’s say would not be able to get parts (old) 😂 He was very polite and addressed me as Ms Thelma, and told me exactly what was wrong, what I need if I chose to change it all and gave me all information I needed to get the newA/C unit I’m so happy with the work that he and is 2 young gentleman did , I cried with happiness. They are the neatest, people they cleaned up everything they dropped or etc. I have been using 2 window units the past 3 years but guess what? Not this year , not anymore thanks to L&S Heat & Air If I were you and you need a new unit or etc give this guy a call Last of my story : This guy is amazing and gets a 100 in my book!! I've had a lot happen in life recently & to top it off my AC went out. When I say that he went above and beyond to help me he truly did. He made the process so straightforward and it took away so much stress. He was very responsive and he installed a brand new system within a couple of days of me initially contacting him. My one complaint is that I'm freezing now! This business truly sets the standard for customer service and quality.

Larry worked with our schedules and the weather to get our new AC and furnace installed. He and his son had them installed in less than 4 hours, and now we're ready for cold winters and hot summers!

I highly recommend L&S Air!! Our AC stopped working last night. They came out immediately and had it working in 30 minutes! They are very kind and personable. We will definitely be using them again!
Called and asked if he could come look at our air conditioner that stopped working. He came out the same night!!! Wonderful man and very knowledgeable and friendly!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!
Fantastic service. My air conditioner needed replacing. Larry came out Saturday, gave me a link to financing, ordered a new unit, and installed it on Monday afternoon. And loaned me a portable unit to get me through the weekend. Never experienced such excellent customer service before. I will recommend him to everyone.
We’ve used L&S a couple times and have had great experiences both times. I got a quote from another company for an AC repair that would have cost around $800 but L&S came out and simply tightened a fitting and replaced the Freon. This fixed the problem and saved hundreds of dollars and we haven’t had an issue since. I would highly recommend L&S!

Larry and his son did a magnificent job on the replacement of my heating and air-conditioning system. Came by and did a initial service check to see what the problem was and explained it to me very clearly. Upon making the decision to replace the complete units I contacted Larry and he advised me that they would be at my residence at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:45 AM and begin their work by nine and was completely finished just after noon time. They did such a nice job cleaning up that you would have never known they were there with the exception of the new units. One other thing that I really admired about them though he is not a veteran he does give veterans a discount which says a lot to me. I would highly recommend their services I have nothing but good things to say about them. Sincerely, Mel

L&S Air was wonderful to work with! Larry was efficient, honest, and does quality work. One of our A/C units wasn't working properly, he identified various issues and addressed them all, one of which was that the A/C unit that wasn't working properly needed to be replaced. He discussed the options with us, then made sure the correct part was in stock, and returned the next day to make the repair. When he left, the area the A/C serviced was not warm enough for it to come on, though he was certain of the soundness of the repair, he called several hours later to make sure the unit was functioning properly! My family appreciates that personal touch!
