Have used John and L&R for a number of years on both my primary home and rental properties. He has always been prompt and responsive to any inquiries or questions. Would recommend.

I have used L&R the last few years and my GOODNESS I have nothing but amazing things to say about this guy! He has ALWAYS called me back within the hour and has even shown up within an hour of calling. He is So helpful, helps you understand whatever the issue is. He is fair and honest with his pricing! I can not recommend L&R enough!
We have had John Salas of LandR HVAC, LLC maintaining our home systems since 2015. When we bought the house in 2013 we new the systems were on borrowed time. A neighbor recommended to have John look at our systems. John was able to safely keep them functioning until 2017 when we had to replace the worst of the two systems. We were so happy we replaced the 2nd system 6 months later. John always discussed our options for just maintaining to full replacement. Service is always fabulous and cost always very fair. ~ The Evans Family
If anyone needs AC work/repair L&R Heating and Air Conditioning was awesome!!!!! Our air compressor went on Tuesday and we were dying, Morris Jenkins tried to rob us and John from L&R came in and saved us a ton of $ and got it fixed fast! Highly recommended!!!!’
Great service with an air conditioner replacement. Responsiveness was excellent and pricing was competitive for a quality brand. The installation was performed on time as promised and everything is working perfectly! Definitely recommended for any HVAC installation or repair work.
I just got 2nd opinion/service done with Byron today, one of their technician after 'Brothers' gave me $2500 repair estimate. Byron checked everything and gave me honest , knowledgeable opinion which it only cost me 'service call' charge. He explained everything and showed me how things really works so I could understand what he was doing ..I highly recommend them and I know who to call when there's a problem!! Thanks L&R !
John is very professional, and I felt as if he was being honest with me. At no time did I feel that he was trying to take me for a ride and get me for every dime he could. I would recommend him and his business to anyone that needs HVAC service. I have now found my HVAC company for any future needs.
John is very professional and has installed our upstairs unit and even relocated out thermostat. 5 starts is not enough in this case.

We woke up this morning at our house was already at 80 degrees! One call to John at L&R and he was out our house within an hour! We have been customers for about two years, and have been impressed by this professionalism and ability to take care of our aging HVAC system! A quick fix today and we are cool again. Great company and amazing service! I am happy to support this local business!
John was very responsive and honest. He did not try to upsell anything and educated me about the issue and what exactly he was doing. He is a local guy who runs his own show. Highly recommend!!

John is timely in returning calls and in scheduling appointments. He is very knowledgable and can explain what he's found in terms you can understand so you feel confident in moving forward. He will take out and show you the problem part to get your approval before replacing. As a person who has owned a home in 4 states, he is the first HVAC person to have my total confidence.
