Super service, Mike figured out what our previous HVAC service couldn't after two days, and got our cooling system working in an hour!
They replaced my A/C and water heater in one day. And they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
This was our first time using L&M (I found them online), and they guys who work at this company are fabulous! We needed our dryer vented differently and they were efficient, thorough, and very honest. They even charged us less than what was originally quoted because they said they didn’t need to do as much once they saw it in person. I highly recommend this company!
Mike with L & M has completely renewed my faith that there are honest, good people in the world and in this case, contractors!! From the moment that I called his company, they were out within two days to diagnose my issue with my AC. Mike took the time to show me and explain to me what exactly was going on in my system, where he thought the issue was coming from and why, showed me the read out on the refrigerant gage (or whatever it’s called), and overall, really knows his stuff!!! More importantly, he treated me with respect and kindness, and appreciated my curiosity. Super impressed - he was kind, thorough & I couldn’t be happier. If you want a reputable company that cares for their customers and does the right thing, call he or Lee. Literally the best!!!!
We were having issues with our HVAC system. Mike came out to problem solve and inspect our system. He was professional, thorough and provided a lot of good information. I would highly recommend him.
As a realtor and owner of renal properties, I have had several opportunities to work with HVAC professionals. Believe me when I say I have worked with ALL types of contractors, and L&M stand above the rest. These guys have done basic things like cleaning and servicing a furnace and AC unit, and to reassembling a client's heating duct when it got taken apart. They have also done complicated items like completely replacing an HVAC system in a rental when meth was discovered in the property. These guys are honest, professional, show up on time, and get the job done. I recommend L&M HVAC to all my friends for anything HVAC related.

Mike, did a great job on my furnace maintenance. He also spotted a potential problem and was able to get it covered under warranty. I highly recommend Mike and his team at L&M. UPDATE: I have now referred Mike on 3 different jobs and all of the feedback I have received is excellent. Do not hesitate to use Mike and L&M HVAC. They will treat you right.
I had three companies give me quotes to replace my furnace. Mike pointed out areas where the others were tacking on unnecessary work. He gave me an honest quote. He installed the furnace quick and without issues. Will call him again when my AC goes out.
Mike was so helpful...had a notice from Ecobee that the furnace may have a problem. He was able to troubleshoot, resolve Furnace issue and spent time going over the functionality of the whole house humidifier and internal water pad. Thanks for providing part numbers and my lowest cost options. It was very much appreciated. Thanks for the same day with your busy schedules.
Honest, knowledgeable, and a go to for HVAC, boiler and mini split needs! If you're in need give them a call. We will have Lee and his crew out this summer to expand our split system.

AMAZING COMPANY! Lee & Mike are very knowledgeable professionals in their field and it was pleasure whirling with them. They came within a day of my furnace going at and installed and new one perfectly. They were very meticulous and their pricing is incredible. I had Mike come by to do a maintenance on my furnace. He was easy to schedule with, on-time, respectable of the home and left a clean workspace. Mike showed me a few minor concerns about my furnace but didn't push equipment sales on me and in fact said I should get several more years easily out of it! These guys have earned our trust and we are looking forward to having L&M HAVC come back to service our AC in the spring and both units for years to come.

L&M HVAC & Mechanical is a top-notch company. They certainly stand out compared to the other HVAC companies in the quality of service that they deliver. They are very knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and are great at communicating. The installation of our AC was not easy since the crawl space had flooded a few days prior, but they brought boards to lay down and dealt with the muddy mess in order to complete the job and stated repeatedly that it was no big deal that unforeseen stuff happens. Both Lee and Mike took time to answer my questions & educate me on the AC unit and didn’t rush through the project like some contractors do. They are very thorough and you can tell that they take pride in their work. At another property, they inspected our AC unit since it wasn’t blowing cold air and found an error in the way the unit was installed which could potentially damage the compressor. That is the kind of stuff you avoid when using L&M HVAC. They are a small company so it is easy to communicate directly with Lee or Mike and another benefit is that they carry Rheem units which are not much more compared to the brands that competitors carry. They are a great company which I highly recommend.
We operate a home based cooking business in our kitchen and rely heavily on our exhaust hood. We had them repair a faulty installation from previous contractor. They arrived on time, were courteous and answered all our questions. Most importantly our range exhaust hood is not working properly. We will be using them to also replace our air-conditioner and water heater in the near future. HIGHLY recommended
