Kyle and his team were friendly, punctual, knowledgable, and did an amazing job ! They installed/replaced 2 A/C units, 2 wi-fi enabled thermostats, and my furnace. They even moved the location of the units because they were originally placed in front of my dryer vent. He also said he would come back when temperatures are over 105 to ensure they are working properly. In addition, he covers 2 years of general maintenance and a years worth of air filters. Highly recommend!!!!! The units are so quiet, I don't even know when they are on or off!! Thanks again!

I have done business with Kyle Wilson Heating & Cooling for about 5 years and would highly recommend him. I have used other big companies in the past and have always had issues. Kyle is knowledgable and honest. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need yet or try to upsell you a new unit when a repair is in order, as was our previous experiences. When our unit did eventually give out, he was out here the same day, ordered a new unit at a fair price and installed it 3 days later. We have been very happy with the service we have received and like supporting a small family business.

Kyle Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning has been servicing and repairing my unit for more than 10 years. When the unit became unrepairable, Kyle gave me a great price for a new energy efficient unit. The install went off without any problems and was performed quickly. Now everything is working fine. We are enjoying lower electric bills and great cooling. I would highly recommend this company.

Kyle is the man! He's a great guy with an insane work ethic. He helped my brother and I when we were stranded in the middle of the road after our trailer bumped off the hitch. Great guy and can't wait to use his services in the future!
I witnessed one of their workers going off on a homeless person who asked him for money. Very sad.
I had a Home Inspection done prior to the purchase of a condo. I received my report and invoice via email. The report stated that the inspection was for ONE 4 ton AC unit The only item that needed attention was: Low voltage wire on roof. After closing, I had a firm come out to repair the "Low voltage wire on roof". I found out from them that I actually have a 3 and a 4 ton HEAT PUMP on this condo. The "Low voltage wire on roof" was that the complete wiring harness had no insulation due to the sun. I was advised that the 4 ton unit had been overcharged to provide cooling and both units should be replaced. I did get a second opinion which was the same. I did have both units replaced. I don't think the report was accurate nor complete. I WOULD NOT USE THIS FIRM.
Kyle is professional, on time, and knows his stuff. He put in a minisplit in my husbands office about 18 months ago, and it was the lowest price quote. We also got a quote for a 3.5 and 4 ton 16 seer replacement AC units, and his price was significantly less, for the same items and warranty. Go with Kyle!!!
An honest and reliable company run by a man who once served his country and now serves his community. Very impressed by the level of professionalism, along with the honesty and transparency related to our service- it was very much appreciated! I always hate when I have to call a repair guy and then dread that feeling that I've been taken advantage of- it feels good to have someone to call that has integrity and the best interests of his customers in mind! Kyle and his crew just installed 2 terrific American Standard systems in our home within 2 days for a very reasonable price. They were all very polite and cleaned up everything at job completion. Kyle listened to what we were looking for, and fully met our expectations. Thanks Kyle!

I wish I would have known about him prior to that because I know I have been taken advantage of by others. Kyle is professional, relatable, explains things in a way that is understandable and simply does what he says he is going to do! Kyle replaced my mom's ac unit last summer and did a WONDERFUL job! He was quick, efficient, extremely nice, and charged us substantially less than other companies we spoke to. A year later she has had zero issues and we give his number out any chance we get! Thank you so much Kyle!!
I highly recommend Kyle Wilson for AC service and repair. Not only were he and his tech knowledgeable about the specific problems with my system but the cost of service and repair was very fair. Kyle responded within the hour when I had and follow-up issue (which he resolved in less than 15 minutes after his arrival). As a consumer, I always prefer to make a well-informed decision which I felt I was able to do based the recommendation and details Kyle provided. I appreciate not being upsold for things that aren't needed.
