Kaleb is a great service provider. He is honest and responsive. After another HVAC company charged several hundred to not fix my problem and then provided a quote 40% higher than KS did, he went out of his way to replace my failed 26year old furnace on a Sunday. He said he could repair the old one and quoted that as well, but at its age it needed to go. He was the ultimate professional with great communication and obviously great service. He does the work, he doesn’t send a minimally trained salesperson to attempt to screw people like so many other sell first provide service later type contractors. Oh last thing, the ridiculous quote from the other provider was for an Amana furnace which isn’t the Amana of generations past, it has been taken over by Goodman and it’s quality has suffered. Thanks Kaleb for the education, the square deal, honest, and great service!

Kaleb consistently goes way above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. On this most recent occasion, that meant stopping by on his way to urgent care after an injury and repairing a leak so we could turn our water back on, performing all the work WITH A LACERATED HAND. Because of his excellent reputation and high demand for his services, Kaleb wasn't able to get out to work on our boiler as quickly as he would have liked. Within an hour, he made an excellent recommendation on someone who could fit us in and we were up and running the next day. It's extremely difficult to find this level of customer service anymore.

Kaleb performed the HVAC inspection for our new home and was very thorough and easy to work with. He then replaced our dated water heater, cleared the floor drain, cleaned the AC unit, and updated pipes/tubing for the furnace to bring everything up to code. He also helped us understand what maintenance we need to do ourselves to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend KS heating, cooling, and plumbing!!

Kaleb and KS Heating and Cooling were great. We had some issues with our boiler and Kaleb was very responsive and even rearranged his schedule to address the problem when it was clear it would not be a quick fix and it was going to be cold. I highly recommend KS (Kaleb) for all of your HVAC needs. He is a consummate professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, an honest business owner. Our furnace stopped working yesterday. We were told by another HVAC that our furnace needed to be replaced and was a danger to my family. Highly recommend KS! Kaleb is honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was on time and very respectful of us and our home. He did a great job installing a humidification system for our house, and spend time helping with our thermostat and other questions we had. We will call KS in the future for any HVAC issues we have.
