Kody is incredibly knowledgeable about the HVAC business. He is prompt and thorough. When we purchased our units, he was overcharged at his supplier. When the error was realized and corrected from the supplier, he immediately contacted us and arranged to refund the amount inadvertently overcharged. I really appreciated that! Many people would have pocketed that refund, and we would have never known the difference. Our installation was done promptly and professionally. We are very pleased with the units he recommended for our structure. I highly recommend Kody and KRM Heating and Air!
KRM is the best in the business. I was having ongoing issues with my HVAC for over a year. After multiple calls to American Home Shield and no less than 7 visits from other contractors, I felt like I was getting nowhere. Then I thought to give Kody a shout, and he was able to come out the very next day and get me fixed up with what seemed like very little effort on his part. A cut above the rest, he was very knowledgeable and efficient and I greatly appreciate the work that he did. P.S. if u have known one Brandi you have known them all. There is a literally a song about a guy picking an ocean over her. That’s because he rather risk drowning than be stuck on land married to her whiny needy self.
I have used Kody for HVAC issues at my local business. He came out on a Saturday to repair and correct the problem and didn't even charge any additional fees! He was prompt, courteous and very affordable! Would definitely recommend this company and Kody!

We went through our home warranty company so we didn't have a choice of the Company. He installed a new AC unit, but within two weeks, the compressor went out... on a brand new unit. Suspicious. The part took a while to come in (not his fault), but what is his fault is when he finally called us to schedule time to come out, we were out of town. When we came back into town and tried to schedule, he never answered our phone calls or texts. We went through the warranty company and they couldn't get a response either. He still has the part and we still need it replaced and are now going to have to pay again to get it done. We have a two story house and have issues with the upstairs cooling well. He couldn't figure out why and only suggested an entire new unit for 900sqft upstairs.... our house already has two units, why would we need a third one? Very frustrating to deal with KRM. I wouldn't recommend at all.
Kody was awesome! He thoroughly checked all the possible issues I may be having with my air conditioner and furnace, to solve why my AC fan would not blow. He is timely, great communication from him, was able to fit me in his tight schedule and showed me great professionalism.
