KPJ, installed two complete systems at my new home, not to include the old house. I couldn't be more happier with the service they provided. I have home warranty with Choice Home Warranty. KPJ was dispatched to my home because A/C stopped cooling. After reviewing our A/C, KPJ determined several parts were damaged, wires were burned out, the outside unit was dirty, and the entire system needed to be replaced. We were quoted $2900 for a replacement. We had to sleep out for a night. Then, we decided to get a second opinion. The next repairman let me watch as he repaired it in about 30 minutes. This cost us $250. You figure it out ... $2900 vs. $250. I know what I think, you decide for yourself. I wouldn't use them.
This company serviced my claim through Choice Home Warranty to fix my heating system that wasn’t heating. They came out to fix it and a couple days later I needed to switch back to cooling. To my surprise, the cooling system was not working. I called the rep from KPJ to explain the new issue and he refused to come back out. It’s not like he was trying to explain the claim process, I would’ve been fine with that. All he said was, “I was called out for a No Heat, you need to put in another claim.” As he proceeded to end the call. Only did service with them because of the home warranty. Will never allow them in my home again and I recommend you don’t either.
