Finding this company was like finding a winning lottery ticket on the side of the road. Not only where they extremely affordable but did a top notch job. Kermit was friendly and professional beyond my wildest expectations. I will not use anyone else going forward after the such pleasant experience I had with him installing my Mini-split AC unit.
Our air conditioning went out a couple of days ago. I called my next door neighbor to see if he knew any hvac people that he’d recommend and he sent me the number for KP3 Residential Services. Kermit, the owner, was great to work with. He texted to let me know what was wrong with my air conditioner and when I got the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Thank you Kermit!! I will definitely be calling you again.
Excellent service, honest and professional at a reasonable price. He removed the old mailbox and put a new one (post and mailbox) and switched fan and light fixtures in two different rooms. We are satisfied with his service and will use him again for future home handyman projects. Thank you!

Kermit installed a microwave vent to the exterior of my investment home...he is very detailed, a critical thinker and thorough...we ran into a few snags but he was diligent in seeing thing through...I would definitely recommend him for any task he is willing to accept
Complete install of ceiling fan including cutting a hole in the ceiling and installing wall switch. Great work, fair price and super courteous. He worked around our schedule with no issue. We have already discussed the next few projects. Very thankful to have found KP3.
