I had Koolit Air Conditioning come out to make sure both of my AC units were ready to go for the summer. Todd came out and cleaned the coils, made sure the units were running optimally and installed a hard start kit on my newer Trane unit. The promptness, professionalism and knowledge is something I haven't experienced with an AC company in quite a while. Moving forward, Koolit Air Conditioning will be my go to AC company.
This is the second year I have used Kool It for our annual AC system tune-up. Todd scheduled us right away, he showed up on-time and was very efficient! He explained his process in detail before he got started and then let us know how our system was performing when he was done. Todd is super friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Kool It!
Todd was on time and prompt, He quickly got to work on my heat pump system and explained all of the work he was performing as he went along. Todd was able to identify a bad capacitor and replaced it along with fixing all of the stripped screws that my previous HVAC service company appeared to not fix over the past 3 years that I used them. He also performed a cleaning of my coils and fan that the previous company did not perform. The cost for Todd's services were also very reasonable and much lower than what I was paying previously (not counting cost of the capacitor). Look forward to using Todd again in the future for this property as well as another one I plan to acquire soon. If you are looking for a new HVAC servicer, I highly recommend Todd and Koolit Air.

Todd was on time and very professional. Got my A/C tuned up before summer and only replaced the necessary parts without trying to "sell" me unneeded repairs. Will recommend to everyone!

Koolit A/C provided great customer service and timely responses to my calls and emails. Todd was professional and very knowledgeable. He offered different options and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need or charge outrageous prices. He saved me a lot of money and the work was top quality. I will be using him for all future repairs and maintenance.

Very responsive. The owner was able to schedule us within one day. The repair was made within one hour. Most other businesses we contacted were out 1 to 2 weeks. Great company. Would definitely use them again.
Once again I highly recommend Koolit ac Unfortunately my fan motor froze up and believe me going without AC in these temperatures is no fun. Fortunately for me, Todd, the owner of Koolitac is on my speed dial and one call was all it took to have him respond immediately. My system was fixed and up and running in no time. The repairs were very reasonable. As usual Todd was professional and personable. There is no doubt I will be using Koolitac from now on.
