our house was 87 degrees inside, called and he was at our house in 20 minutes at 11pm on a wednesday night! had the issue fixed asap and fixed it the right way! definitely will be calling him for all hvac needs!!

On Christmas Eve, and I was on emergency heat. Service call was timely and was able to get same day service. Everything was inspected and adjusted accordingly to get the heat working properly. Great company…highly recommend!

Kyle was one of several people I reached out to for assistance when my A/C was not cooling off the house. I have a 5year old and 2 month old who did not need to be in a hot home. Kyle was quick to respond and showed up on shirt nice when everyone else did not even pickup. He came in and had our home cooling off within 15 minutes. He also stayed influencer about carrying for the unit.

Called Kyle on a weekend for an A/C issue on a hot day although he had a personal event he was attending took time afterwards to come by and rescue us from the heat means a lot..he is dedicated to his business His service is beyond that of service you would get from a company paying twice as much that doesn't even compare to what Kool Koncepts will give you...you will not be disappointed!
