I got two estimates and Kool Air was the best price!! With very quick service!! I called for a quote on Thursday and they installed the air conditioner on the following Monday. Easy to work with very friendly and very efficient. Thanks so much for saving me money! Sherry Thompson
Blower motor on our air handler went out well after business hours. It was going to be a long cold night with no heat. I called several companies to see if they could come out and repair the blower. Not one company would come out to even look at the unit. I called Kool Air around 930pm and the owner himself came to our home by 10pm. He had the problem diagnosed with a temporary fix to get my family through the night with heat by 1030pm. He called me the next morning to tell me he found the new blower motor and even got the manufacturer to cover it under warranty saving me hundreds. We were expecting a huge after hour emergency bill. To our surprise he charged us his standard service call fee and standard labor. We use Kool Air for all of our HVAC needs. We wont call anyone else!!!
