Been using Knuth for over seven years now for three different residential houses and two commercial shops. The technicians had always been very courteous, professional, and punctual. The best thing is they know their crafts very well and is upfront/honest about the actual problems at hand that need to be addressed. Another wonderful aspect about this company is that the after hours calls are actually routed to an actual staff of the company, instead of contracting it out to a remote call center. This helps in quick and efficiency of getting your questions answered and scheduling the first time around. Others company you would have wait for a call back from the actual technicians. Knuth is highly recommended!
They were on time and very professional. I assume if Joseph could’ve walked up and shook my hand he would’ve but you know we can’t because of Covid now days. I have the protection plan through my utility company so I did not know what I would get but with these guys I was completely satisfied. Thanks again Joseph Bickers You rock.
