I came home from a hot day at work and noticed the outside temp was the same as the inside. Needless to say, it was miserable. I searched for a local company that could assist me with my AC issue. Knights A/C & Heating was the first company that I called and was available to help me. The owner came out and was very professional, knowledgeable and got right to work. He helped me understand the issue that I had and showed me with his meter that my capacitor had gone bad. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to swap it out. He also verified that I had enough freon in the system and cleaned the AC housing. I can't thank him enough for saving my family in a timely manner to enjoy a regular night's sleep. Thank you for all that you have done. I will 100% use him again.
Went in asking for a whole home dehumidifier since we were having humidity issues with our house. Instead they trouble shot our system and they were able to figure out what was wrong with our current system instead of just up selling us a whole home dehumidifier like we thought we needed in the first place. Saved us a ton and our A/C works better than ever, the humidity issues have been fixed. They also added a fresh air intake which has helped our house from smelling stale, which it has for the last year we have owned it. Luke was super knowledgeable and explained what was going on with the system and why it wasn't working correctly. Will definitely go through them again in the future.
Knights ac is a lifesaver! Luke is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented! He is more than fair and always right on time! He knows my system and keeps it running top notch. He knows if anything is”off” or needs attention. I trust him and won’t allow any other tech or company near it. Highly recommend!
Luke and his team were awesome! Called him up and super fast response time. Worked up an AC Equipment replacement plan. Installed in fast time. Excellent high quality professional work. Extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Provided us with 2 portable room units while we were down. Installed what we wanted which is Lennox system. Works great. Great service great price. Highly recommended.
We had just moved into our new house when the evaporator coil failed, the Knights A/C team got us back up and running right before the Houston heat started to roll in. Great service, clean fast work 10/10 recommend!
Larry was extremely helpful with explaining everything that needed to be done with no hidden costs. We will definitely be using his company again for all of our regular maintenance!
