Had my air conditioning fixed in 1 and half hours after I called them! Excellent! Apologized for part being expensive. Told me up front how much it would cost! Excellent!
Great and honest business
On time and got the job done the first time
Worst Customer Service Ever. So my husband called Monday the 20th trying to see when we can set up an appointment to have our ac serviced. No one was able to come out that day, so my husband was going to call back the 21st. My husband called the next day and she said someone came out after hours on the 20th and knocked on the door. False that did not happen, we live in a store front apartment. We were home and never did we hear a knock or see their work van outside. I also have a gsp who barks at anything and anyone who walks by. As she continued to claim they came out because that’s what the report said. So he to ask whens the next time someone can come out. The girl on the phone said “ well a lot of people called out of work today so I’m not sure when “ “We will just show up if we have time.” ( so they don’t actually set up “appointments “ they just drop by and don’t even call before hand ). She then proceeded to tell my husband that “they don’t make appointments because sometimes the workers run late on jobs and then the customers get mad”. When he responded with most business give block times like 9-12 or 12-3 to give the works time just Incase that happens the lady responded with “well we can’t do that and that’s not how we operate” and “we will show up when we can and give you a call before we head to your home” My husband called me I said no you need set up an appointment any normal business doesn’t just “show up” we can’t wait around all day for them not to even come not professional at all. So he called back and made arrangements for someone to come by 8:15 on 22nd. I’m waiting here it’s 8:20 then 8:30 so I call. No answer so I leave a vm. I call back a couple mins later and this older lady said she tried to call my husband at 8:02 to make sure someone was home. He didn’t answer bc he’s Army and can’t have his phone on 24/7. (Mind you we are 6 miles away from the place of business) She said bc no one answered we went ahead and send their workers else where.
I called them out to fix my wiring on our AC that our dog chewed up. The first call went ok, besides they never called to let me know when they were coming. Our AC was working by the time they left. Also no pricing was ever discussed, and I had to call them a few days after to even find out how much I owed. A week later the AC quit working again. Trying to prevent another service call, I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself. I realized I was over my head and I called them back out to fix the problem. Right away he was not nice when he found out I worked on the unit. I apologized and told him I thought it would be an easy fix so I tried. He found the problem was a blown transformer and said he didn't have the one he needed so he would be back to fix it. I waited a week before calling them back to see if they were going to come back to fix it. They said they would be back to fix it this time but if I touched my AC unit again he would not be back. That made me realize he lied and never had any intention of returning to fix it and was unkind to his customer. I will not be doing any more business with Knight Refrigeration nor do I recommend anyone else doing business with them as they are untrustworthy, and rude. Update: I had another business come to fix the problem. The transformer was fine. All that needed to be done was hook up the thermostat and reconnect the wiring. The gentleman that fixed it said it looked like they gave up based on all the wiring being disconnected. Again, seriously recommend finding another HVAC business rather than this one. The unit was fixed and operational in 20 minutes.

These people are a straight ripoff. My father is a disabled veteran that they just ripped off for $85. They could smell a weird chemical smell in the freezer. Called knights appliance and he specifically told my dad more than once not to clean the fridge. They came out here and the first thing he did was open the fruit drawer and found something bad. Says that’s the reason for the smell in the freezer and the ice tasting bad. He knew that’s what it was from the beginning and that’s why he told him not to clean the fridge. I understand that it should not have been there to begin with but you would think that business owners would try to help customers out before charging them $ 85 for doing nothing. This was a scam. He knew what it was and deliberately told him not to do it so he could rip them off for nothing. Do not use these people they rip off disabled veterans. Then when he called the company to complain the lady told him that was the owner and that’s how they make their money.
I have used Knight Refrigeration for repairs and new installation Chris has always come out right away and taken care of everything. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is taken care of. I have recommended them to countless friends and they have become life ling customers and have raved about how great a job they do. Will never trust my HVAC systems to anyone else and will never recommend anyone else to friends. Top notch people, service, and installation.
Holy cow.... they did a great job
I have used them three times now and they always come same day. Even on 4th of July, the owner came out and luckily had the part we needed. Within 15 mins it was fixed. Today we were both at work and Richard came to house, saw the problem and called us for permission to fix it. We didn't even have to be here. Came home to fixed ac. I definitely recommend them.
These folks treat a complete stranger like their most valued customer. What a business concept!
