We had an HVAC problem and Aaron came out the same day that we called. He was super knowledgable and friendly and diagnosed our problem as the capacitor so we were back up and running quickly. Great value and service and loved working with a local, family owned business.
The serviceman explained what was wrong with my furnace, then continue to complete his work on the furnace. Most important thing I have heat yeah.
We have just had the worst experience with this company that is possible. They have left us without heat and water over the Thanksgiving weekend because they sent a novice tech who broke the main pipe going into our boiler. Before that, he blew out all the fuses on his first visit just testing the system. His supervisor, Aaron, rather than help, tried instead to sell us a new boiler (our boiler is fine) and told us they wouldn't do anything until Monday even though we found the part online that they claimed they couldn't find and told them how to find it. That leaves us with no heat and no water over Thanksgiving. This, after they insisted on being paid up-front, 50% of the possible bill. And then the kid they sent up here (nice guy, bless him) who isn't qualified to be working alone, BROKE our boiler. This utter lack of customer service and competence is mind boggling and doesn't even cover the entire cluster**** that has been our experience with them. We will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint for how poorly they've chosen to handle the problems that their tech and his supervisor created. Happy Thanksgiving.
I was out of the country and my furnace died. A friend recommended I reach out to Knight and I’m glad I did. Aaron came to the rescue during an emergency when no one else could or would. He got the furnace back up and running, then saw me through necessary repairs and upgrades to my system. They stand behind the work they do and will see it through. They did furnace and hot water heater work for me. I highly recommend Knight Heating and Cooling.
On a cold & snowy day, our upstairs furnace began making a weird noise. It turned out to be the sound of a dying motor. Since I'm always nervous about hiring a new company to fix stuff in the house, I asked for referrals via our neighborhood facebook page. Several neighbors recommended Knight as their go-to company for HVAC & plumbing. Knight's very kind & professional administrator, Judy, made an appointment for me with Ethan. Ethan, who is worth his weight in gold, diagnosed the issue, found an available new motor, and drove to Denver to pick it up. After installing the motor and testing the system, he asked if I had any questions. I asked him about a busted Aprilaire humidifier in my basement. He popped down to the humidifier, found the problems (there were a few) and fixed them in about 10 minutes! Ethan knows what he's doing and does it with great care, generosity & kindness. He's very professional, knowledgeable and has great vibes. I plan to keep Knight as my go-to from now on.
Had Electrical work and HVAC inspection done. This whole company is so nice and professional. I needed things done after an inspection while selling my house and they were very accommodating to my time frame and did everything to help me get my home ready for the new buyer. Totally recommend them!!!
I recently purchased a 110+ year old home that was in dire need of electrical/lighting updates throughout as well as plumbing and electrical for a new main floor bathroom. Isaiah’s enthusiasm towards the project, quality install and his attention to detail meant so much to me. He cared about my needs and ‘just got it.’ Not only was he very communicative during the entire project but he also took the time and effort to envision how I would live in the space to suggest alternatives. He expertly navigated my plaster walls, questionable wiring from previous rehabs, and horribly dingy and cramped attic space. I’m beyond pleased with Knight and will absolutely be engaging them in the future with my kitchen and basement related plumbing/electrical and hvac renovations. Thanks again Isaiah and the Knight team for such a great experience!
Full recommendation for Knight for electrical work. We had 18 recessed lights installed throughout our home and 5 new fans installed. This was a challenging installation - high vaulted/cathedral ceilings and 3 of the fans are very large and installed on steeply sloped ceilings. Knight was impeccable with their installation. Minimal, small, precision cuts in the sheetrock to route wiring (impressive how few cuts were needed!). In addition, they were excellent communicators about the work, schedule, progress, etc. They showed up on time, when they said they'd show up, clean-cut, and hard working. Isaiah and Dom ran a very tidy project and we are thrilled with the results. The entire process with Knight was excellent, start to finish.
I had Knight Electrical help me wire some ethernet in my home. They were very responsive and able to fit me in between jobs. Working from home with slow internet was frustrating and having a direct connection rather than wireless has solved my problems! Thank you
The entire Knight team went above and beyond for all of my heating, cooling, plumbing and electric needs. As an active participant in the development and real estate world, Knight Heating and Cooling is bar non one of the best I have worked with. Matt is incredibly professional and truly cared about performing high quality HVAC work, and adjusting to change orders and ensuring delivery or a sound product. Isaiah is perhaps one of the most talented electricians I have come across, and takes great care in ensuring minimal damage to drywall on both small and large scale projects (20+ canned lighting fixture systems). I will be utilizing Knight for many future renovation projects. I highly recommend them for any of your mechanical needs.

Great customer service and follow up! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us quickly and at a great price. We ended up also having them install ceiling fans for us as well. Every experience has been excellent and we plan to continue to use Knight going forward as well when needed.
My partner and I purchased a housed knowing that quite a bit of repairs would be necessary. What we didn't fully know was that the electrical system was a bit of a nightmare, to put it nicely. The house is full of "Homeowner specials" and Knight has been there every step of the way. From Aaron, Matt, to Isaiah, they each have been wonderful in explaining the issues within this house, both hvac and electrical, and what the best approach would be to address every situation. Isaiah has been patient and more than helpful with all of our questions and concerns in dealing with this electrical nightmare. We haven't had one bad experience with every person we have interacted with. Highly Recommend!!
Isaiah has done lots of electrical work for us. Excellent quality. Very professional. Installed heavy light fixtures on high ceiling. Very clean work, looks great.
