Just call Klay. Best customer service, independently owned and operated local small business. Klay is the best, extremely competent and gets the job done right the first time.
I had Klay scheduled to do some annual maintenance on my 2 heat pumps. The 20 year old heat pump needed some additional tuning up and he took care of it right away. He spent the time with me to answer all my questions and show me the items that needed to be replaced. I was anticipating a huge bill when he had to replace a capacitor in the older unit. The total costs for the maintenance and repairs were very reasonable. He will be my go to guy on future maintenance and repairs. He is very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.
I called klay and he answered on the first ring! Came out on the time we schedualed and took care of me very professionally and on time! Couldn't be more happy with the work he did for me! He also checked in and made sure everything was still working accordingly. Great guy with a great company! I would advise anyone who needs any ac work done to call klay!
