Alan is an expert at what he does. Efficient and responsive, he does a wonderful job at reasonable prices. He has installed our heating and our cooling systems and has been there for us over the years . He responded immediately to a couple of emergencies and took care of the problem. Good communication and advice. I would trust him with whatever he is involved with installing and/or repairing. He goes the extra mile. Thank you once again, Alan.
Kiwi has installed/serviced and repaired both our church hvac systems and most recently our home as well. They NEVER cut corners and have been nothing but exceptional. I don’t recommend anyone else! ANOTHER job well done! Thank you Allen!
I called Kiwi HVAC and within an hour my problem was being diagnosed and within 2 hours parts were bought and installed and my heat was working again. I will call upon Kiwi again for sure.
Kiwi just repaired my daughters and my heating systems and installed humidifiers to the systems. they were very responsive, clean and eager to let me understand the issues. Also they were very knowledgeable so they were able to fix everything. Finally I would say that they are very trustworthy!
Alan is awesome! He helped us understand the condition of our HVAC pre-purchase of our house and gave us excellent remediation advice and then followed through afterwards to make the changes pretty close to the budget he estimated. He installed a better filter unit to our existing HVAC and added a new Mini-Split for the basement. He is professional, shows up when he says he will and does excellent work. Highly recommend Kiwi Heating and Cooling!
We have been using Kiwi for many years. Alan is definitely our "go to" for help! He is the consummate professional and spends whatever time necessary to get the job done....and he always gets the job done! We give the highest possible rating to Kiwi and highly recommend Alan.

Our existing AC system malfunctioned. Kiwi responded successfully troubleshoot of the job installed a new compressor and got us up and running in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend Kiwi.
I had a new air conditioning unit installed last month by Kiwi Heating and Cooling. We noticed a few days later the unit was not properly cooling the house. I called Alan and he immediately came to check it out. After performing numerous tests, we found out the unit was defective. He immediately called the supplier and replaced it with a new one and everything is working great. Alan is very friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. Whenever I call about a problem, Alan returns my phone call and tries to fix it either the same day or next. Great response time. Alan, a real gentleman who explains the problem and the repair. Quality work at a fair cost to the customer. You may get someone that's equal but you wouldn't get anyone better. Highly recommend.

My air conditioner was not working it was a hot Friday night . I left a message for Kiwi Heating and Cooling and Alan called me first thing Saturday am. He was over and repaired my unit and really helped me out with another big problem that simultaneously occurred. Very nice and professional company. I highly recommend them . I will be replacing my units within 2 years and will be using Kiwi.
My AC was not working and Alan came the next morning and fixed it. He was totally professional and reasonably priced. We will def be using KIWI for all maintenance and repairs.

Alan couldn't have been nicer. He hunted down parts for my older system and got it back to new condition. Price was very fair and much lower than other HVAC companies I called. He showed up the next day after I called him and did the installation in 4 hours. We will use Kiwi again.
The most important factor....trust! I received an estimate from another HVAC company who gave me one choice....replacement to the tune of $6000....Kiwi Heating & Cooling took the time to evaluate my equipment and thought it still had life in it....it was only 7 years old! Allen repaired the problem....at 1/10th of the cost of replacement. Honesty is a huge plus in my opinion.....I will definitely use their service again!

Some people and great at their job. Some people are a great person. Few are both. Alan is both. If you don’t go with kiwi you went with the wrong business!
Would not use this company again!!!. Service Tech extremely rude,tried to increase the bill by doing unnecessary work and tacked on extra $$$$ saying he was providing emergency service. Before he left he said "I'm getting to old for this" I think he is correct.
