Called Oscar one morning... He sent someone over that very same day to see the problem. They diagnosed the issue and came by the following day to fix it. They kept me posted every step of the way.
I can't say enough good things about Oscar and his crew. He installed our new AC during the lockdown, got us an upgraded unit at a discounted price despite supply chain issues, and has been unbelievably accessible and responsive to any service or maintenance needs. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

I've used Kinship twice and I have been pleased both times. I've recommended to my friends and they've recommended to theirs also. All were happy with the results. Very reliable and honest service with courtesy to match. They will do the work needed to bring the system back to reliable running condition. Never will they upsell or pretend to make the system issue worse than it is. Which is great in my opinion. Price charged for the work is also very reasonable. That means a lot in today's market for many folks. You won't regret using them.
My AC went out on a Saturday morning and they were at my house within 3 hours. Very courteous and fix my AC right away. Would definitely recommend.

We had Oscar come out to install a soft-start system. He also found that the capicitor was going (something we figured since the system is so old) and replaced it while he was at it. Good communication throughout, and great tuen around time. Thank you!
