Had an air conditioner system replaced, ducts cleaned and duct work done over the year with Kinovate. Had an issue with my system last year. Took me a lot of calling to get the part under warranty. Made several calls and appointments to replace part. No call no show twice. It’s been a few months and still no communication.
Hottest day of the year and the ac didn’t work. Thanks for taking care of us on a Saturday evening!
Returned our call promptly, helped us troubleshoot a furnace issue over the phone, then came out quickly during a holiday weekend to make a repair. Highly recommend this business for their quality service and professionalism.

The air conditioning in my building was broke. Eric showed up on time and had it running within an hour. Very professional, kind and efficient. I now have Kinovate set up for maintenance on our AC so this won't happen again. Thank you so much!!!!

It was an emergency call, they fit me in and the technician was respectful, knowledgeable, and though it was late he checked multiple things, fixed the problem, and found another problem that needs fixing which will be done tomorrow. Highly recommend the technician, named Eric
Couldn't be any happier, I gave them a call to inspect my a/c they instantly recommended me to install a new unit, the prices are not ridiculous as other companies, I would definitely recommend them thanks a lot.

Kinovate came out to our house RIGHT AWAY when our air conditioning went out. They went out of their way to get a new AC installed as quickly as possible. Whenever a challenge or warranty repair came up, they took care of it. Their service is unmatched. Very impressed with this company. You don't see service like this ever!
Eric came out right away, found the problem, fixed it, and then checked over all other components to make sure they were as they should be. Great experience!
Very professional and polite. Eric inspected to see if the cleaning was necessary, it most definitely was needed. He finished in the time frame he stated he would be done. Showed me before and after pictures. Excellent work.

Kinovate responded quickly to my call when other local guys didn't. They came out to my house at 7:30pm (in the rain), and fixed my problem quickly and affordably. Service tech communicated with me as he was finishing up a job before heading to our house. Arrived on time, and gave us great service. Kinovate is a top notch company. They are a breath of fresh air when it comes to HVAC companies. They are super friendly, professional, courteous, and most importantly... honest. They are extremely knowledgeable and told me straight up how long my existing furnace is expected to last instead of automatically trying to sell me a new one. These guys are a real pleasure to work with and will readily call them again when needed.
