Mr. King is a professional business owner who will offer advice, suggestions, and most importantly come out and fix any HVAC issues. I highly recommend Kings Heating and Cooling.
King showed up professional and knowledgeable, but my issue is when I have an unexpected problem and someone tells me that I should've already been saving up for a day like this. Not once was this said to me but on two separate occasions for two different homes. People get comfortable and forget that they are on a job that supports their business. Don't get comfortable and common with the customer. You can not just go around and say what you want to and how you want to to the paying customer. Respectfully asked to leave my home before the job was completed cause we refused to take any more of the unprofessionalism. He asked repeatedly to allow the work to be completed, but as a paying customer, I simply wanted him gone. He was paid in full, and the work was completed with another company. In essence, we paid him to leave our house with the job unfinished.
Mr. King is amazing. He came out to my house for an emergency repair today. It's below freezing this weekend, and my heat stopped working last night. I woke up to 46° temps in my home this morning. I called, and he came out as soon as he was able. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it did require parts that he had to go purchase, so it was a few hours before he made it back out, but he was so professional and kind through it all. I had to pay a bit more (it's Christmas Eve and a Saturday, so I fully expected that), but I don't feel like the fee was excessive given the holiday. Mr. King fixed the issue in about an hour, and answered my questions with patience and good humor. He was obviously overwhelmed with calls today, but he gave exemplary service and care to me as a customer. Would highly recommend his services to anyone in middle GA. I'm sleeping warm tonight thanks to him! 10/10 stars. 🌟

My a/c guy shut down shop and I scrambled for one of bigger names with with great reviews in the area, when my a/c webt out. Fortunately, for me, they seemed way over priced for labor and would have to wait 4 days for repairs. I called King for a second opinion on a Saturday. Within the hour, William backed up the diagnosis, but offered to do the same repair (at time of diagnosis) at over 50% (yes 50%) cheaper than the first guy. It's been 2 hours since I called King's and my a/c is back to cooling at 50% cheaper than the competition. If that's not 5 stars, what is?
We called them up to service our unit. They were prompt (at our home within an hour), thorough with their servicing and explained what they were doing and why as they were going along. Fair prices as well. Highly recommend!

Walked in from work and the house was HOT. The air conditioner went out: I panicked, because I knew I had misplaced the paperwork from when they previously came out about 2 years ago for the ant problem which was causing problems the unit to shut off and I never saved his # in my phone. Went on FB and found it, still not sure if this was the same company. So I called the number. He instantly found my information from the previous job, info was still on record in his system. I can’t thank this man enough. Each time I’ve called, he prioritized us, even when his workload was HEAVY. He never gave the typical response of 2-3 days or we are booked. He made sure we were taken care of the same day, each time. William”s customer service is top notch. He’s not out to overcharge you. He’s fair and will give you his honest professional recommendations on what you need to do to keep your home cool. The capacitor went defective on the A/C unit and the job was simple. He will always be our go to for all of our heating and cooling needs. He’s a good, honest business man. I suggest you give him a call.

I called King's on Monday morning because we didn't have air Sunday night. They were able to help me that same day. The technician name Roc was 30 minutes early. He did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and stayed until every detail of the job was in place. I recommend them highly. I plan to use them from this point on.
Called and got same day service! Reach out to another company and they didnt show up in the time frame given. Called King's they showed up found out the problem and fixed it. Took no longer then 30mins very professional
King's Heating and Cooling LLC is an awesome Company to have perform all of your heating and cooling repairs and installations. From the first phone call to the reception and the last conversation with the Technician who performed the work there were consistency in a high-level of professionalism, courtesy and pride.The receptionist was friendly; showed enthusiasm and spoke with conviction about being able to help me with my concerns and issues. The technician were very respectful from the time he promptly arrived at my house. He was attentive to my concerns evidenced by the patient he displayed answering my many questions. He was very knowledgeable and did top quality work evidenced by we haven't had any recurring issues and our comfort level is a 10 out of a 10. Thanks King's Heating and Cooling. You have my vote for being the "BEST" !!!!
Had been using window unit for years thought I needed a new a/c. Called for a quote at the end of the day and William came out within a few hours. He told me it could be fixed. He came back the next day and worked his magic and it is cooling beautifully.
William is the man he showed up for a estimate for a new unit and fixed my old one on the spot saved me big time . I highly recommend kings .
My heater went out sometime during the night and it was cold when I woke up Saturday morning. I called at 7:40 AM and William showed up at 9:15 AM. The problem was fixed. The cost was reasonable and the work excellent. I recommend this HVAC company to anyone in the Middle GA area.
King's heating and air are very dependable, prices are amazing. The people are very nice. Their technician William is professional and nice. I would recommend this company and their service contract.
I called Kings at 9 am this morning to explain my issue and schedule a repair. The tech, William, was at my house within 30 minutes even though it was a Saturday. William listened to what I told him was wrong with my system, and he did a great job diagnosing the issue. He was extremely thorough in confirming what the issue was and explained in detail what needed to be done. He told me it would cost extra due to the parts supplier being closed and there was fee for this (charged by the parts house). I went ahead with the repair anyway, and William returned after the other job he had scheduled to get my unit back up and running. My unit now runs better than it has in the two years I've owned my home, and while HVAC repairs aren't cheap, I'm very happy with the level of professionalism he provided, and the quality of work he did. To put it simply, the man knows his stuff! I wouldn't hesitate to use Kings again, and I'll be sure to request William. He's awesome! Kings is awesome! I highly recommend them, and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Very satisfied customer here.
Incredible service. Went above and beyond to get my AC back on. I had several questions and they were able to walk me through their process and show me where the problem existed. I plan to definitely use them again in the future.
I am a single female homeowner, and was aware of the problem with my ac; low on refrigerant. I call serveral ac company, one didn't show up, another was very unprofessional, another price I couldn't afford. I suffered for two days. I didn't give up. I found King's. He understood my dilemma. He arrived within 30 min. He showed and explain what had & needed to be done. My ac is working like charm. However, I am aware that my ac will need future maintenance to run properly. With that said, King's is my AC doctor.
Very please with service, price and overall workmanship. When we called he came within 30 min and our A/C WAS RUNNING SAME DAY! We will forever use King's heating and cooling.
