I am so grateful for Kevin and his son who resolved the issue with my AC unit today. The other reviews here before mine said it best. They were honest, efficient, and made sure to stay until they could sort out what needed to be done and were so nice and easy to trust. Kevin took the time to explain the issue and provided some direction and pointers of what I need to do. I will definitely be recommending Kevin and King Air to anyone who needs it.
Kevin was phenomenal. We are still talking about the quality of his work, knowledge and thoroughness of our HVAC tune up/fix. He made sure everything was in order and went out of his way to triple check everything to make sure our unit was functional and keeping cool - even a follow up next day checking in to see how things were. Additionally, the value for his service, friendliness and honesty was so appreciated. A real A++. Any issues and this is our guy, hands down. You couldn’t ask for any better service . UPDATE. In this world few times you get the opportunity to conduct business with honesty hardworking people. Kevin is that person. He made this experience one I will not forget. He’s the reason to restore faith in people. Amazing work, great price and just a great man!
