Aaron Crosby came through with professionalism and knowledge and integrity. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were the first ones to answer me after I called 3 other companies. They made everything so easy, do not hesitate to call them and set up your appointment for whatever you may need.
Aaron and Deven showed up as promised and explained the process. Deven and the installers were very professional, very thorough, tested to ensured everything was working properly and cleaned up everything. Amazing job!!
Kidd mechanical came out to work on my A/C system. They were professional and got the job done quickly! They use up to date technology and I was put at ease with such prompt and amazing work! Aaron is very knowledgeable, and provided me with detailed reports and even included pictures. He also explained what I can expect to happen next, or what to look out for. I called Kid Mechanical because my AC went out at the office and it was 80 degrees in the office at 7 am. They were out here by 9:30 am and fix my AC.

We hired Kidd Mechincal when we needed our A/C unit and vents working for the Texas heat. They also installed mini splits in a seperate area of our home. We were blown away by the quality and professionalism. Add incredible prices, these are the only guys you should hire for all you HVAC needs!!

My AC went out on a very hot summer day. We called several AC companies and all of them couldn’t get to us till next day. I remembered my neighbor talking about how good his AC guy was so I reached out and got Kidd Mechanicals contact. Called them and without hesitation they said they will come to my house in a couple hours. Their tech Aaron showed up and gave exceptional customer service from the moment he stepped off his truck. He fixed my issue and even checked my levels for me. I will forever refer Kidd Mechanical to anyone and everyone that is having any issues with their AC system. He also fixed my damper system. We no longer have rooms with big temperature differences. I now have them doing my preventative maintenance.

Aaron showed up right on time, was friendly and profession during the entire visit and kept me informed with what he was doing while he was doing it. Informed me that my system has a leak and was knowledgeable about the process to remediate the issue. I will definitely be using their service again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Utmost professionalism and expert knowledge. It’s nice to depend on someone (small business) to fix and install preventative equipment to protect my assets. A/c units and repair aren’t cheap by the standard so when Aaron recommend these parts to prevent any damage in the future we jumped at it. Great investment!
