So lucky to have found Khoolex A/C. Gustavo is honest, dependable and will spend time explaining everything. Can't say enough good things about him and the company. If you are having A/C problems, don't hesitate to call!
This is by far one of the best companies I have worked with in South Florida as a home owner and general contractor. Calling the company and setting up an appointment was super easy. Gustavo came and did a regular service of our AC unit. He was so polite and educating on the AC unit. There was no frills with him or any upsells at all. It was so nice to have someone come out who was happy to do their job and genuinely happy to help. He was very informative on how to maintain the AC unit and it's been working even better since he left. I am so happy to have found an AC company who I know I can trust and rely on. My a/c unit was affected by a lighting strike and not working. The first company I called told me after a quick assessment, that it was the compressor and I should just get a new unit. I called Gustavo at Khoolex and he came out first thing the next day. There was a part that was obviously damaged and he was able to repair that but the unit still wasn't working. He didn't jump to conclusions, he thoroughly tested everything and it came down to an issue with my thermostat! A simple trip to Home Depot and we were able to complete the repair ourselves. Gustavo is extremely knowledgeable and honest- two things that are hard to find in service techs these days. I highly recommend Khoolex Air Conditioning and will definitely used them again!

Gustavo was very professional and on time. Cleaned the coils which where in bad shape and regular maintenance. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some service.

Gustavo has always been professional in dealing with me. His work is perfect taking care of my A/C and changing my filters. He leaves my house never making a mess. I have already recommended him to a friend and she also told me what a gentleman he was at her house and that he fixed what needed to be done.His prices are always reasonable.

I'm very happy and relieved that I chose Khoolex AC for my AC not blowing cold. The diagnostic test charge was $79 and would be deducted from any charges or repairs done to the AC. Gustavo took the time to explain what was the issue with my 19-year-old unit. After talking with Gustavo I was confident in choosing Khoolex for my AC replacement. I had to change my installation appointment due to unavoidable events, but Khoolex worked with me and the time changes for my AC installation. I'm very happy now with my new air conditioning and I highly recommend Khoolex AC.
Gus did a thorough maintenance and emailed me the status of my A/C so I can follow up on future maintenance. He explained everything he did. Was very knowledgeable and professional and honest. I’m now on their care list to have follow up maintenance every six months. I had done research that they already had many great reviews so here is mine. I definitely recommend them. Thank you.

This is the second time we have used Khoolex Air Conditioning - once before in the Summer 2021 with no problems and now March 2023 getting ready for Florida's Summer heat. Fantastic service and reliable. Explained problem in-detail and went to work replacing minor leaking line/filter and charging refrigerant. Will used again for sure.
Had another issue with Freon charge and minor leak. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem without any problems. Easy to work with. Fair pricing and good work.
My A/C had failed. I contacted Khoolex in the early AM. Gustavo arrived by 10 AM. He re-arranged his schedule to be able to install a new unit the same day. Great service.
