Installed HVAC and tankless hot water system in November. Said he'd be back in Spring to hook up the A/C, we already paid him in full for all of the work. Come June, no A/C, no communication. Took two weeks to get a response; stated he was having ongoing personal issues that were "more important than my A/C." I understand personal issues but you still need to be a professional when you own a business and have already been paid for the work in advance ($14,000). Today we had to pay someone else another $1400 to finish the work he was already paid to do.
Darrell came out quickly and diagnosed my problem. He installed a new furnace for me. I paid him via check in full. At the time of install he did not have the correct piping to hook up the drainage for my AC. He told me he would come back and complete the job. After reaching out multiple times over weeks, he never returned any of calls or text. I had to pay someone else to finish the job.
Great service. They fixed my furnace and explained to me the process before just taking my money. I recommended this company to all my family and friends

Great customer service! Came within hours of call even on a Saturday! Very respectful, courteous and professional. Highly recommend giving them a call! Always going to be my first call for any situations including my yearly inspections!
Derrell was able to schedule to come quickly. He returned 2 days in a row to help diagnose and fix a problem with my AC. He was able to fix the issue on a 37 year old system that I was sure would need to be replaced!
Awesome service and outstanding response time. From my initial search to a face to face appointment took less than 24 hours. Key and his staff were on the job ASAP and had my home with cold AC in no time. I meant to get more photos, but I’ll grab more photos when I call them again for my next job that I contract them with. Very responsive and knowledgeable about the HVAC systems. Derrell was always on time and explained what was going on and what needed to get done for the system to be up and running.
I called because of an emergency. Got voicemail and left a message. I got a call back within the hour. Keep in mind that this was a Sunday. By Monday afternoon a new furnace was installed. I didn't compare prices because we had tenants living in a cold house in the winter. We used the first responsive person. Keys wins! I would recommend to anyone. Very cool, professional guy.
Derrell is as professional, reliable and knowledgeable as they come. Our furnace broke went out the same night a snowstorm was going to hit, and he was at our home within the hour. He was able to secure the part we needed the next morning (which was Sunday). He was back at our house to fix the problem promptly that afternoon, took him no more than 20 minutes. 10/10 recommend Keys Heating and Cooling for all of your HVAC needs!
Mr. Key came out to look at a problem that I am having in my home and he was extremely professional, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his craft. I look forward to having him come in and do the work that has been outlined.
Darrell responded quickly in the dead of winter to my failing furnace. He was very responsive, compassionate, and respectful of my budget. The work was done quickly and he explained everything thoroughly.

Highly responsive. KH&C came right out within a couple of hours and got the furnace operating while waiting on additional parts. The service was reasonably priced and well within my personal budget. I will be using KH&C for all of my HVAC needs.
PHEW I don't even know where to start at praising Derrell and his business. Him and his employees are so professional and kind and the work they did was phenomenal. They started at 7am on a Saturday and literally stayed until the job was done at 8pm!! I truly cannot recommend this company more and will be using Derrell for all of my HVAC needs in the future!!
