I never write a review whether positive or negative. If someone gives me good service then I continue to hire them and recommend them to others. At first the service was great.. then Charles the owner got paid and the service went down hill. The job has not been completed by this company and I have had to hire someone to come complete what this company was paid to do. They didn't complete the drain pipe and they didn't finish wiring the system or hooking up the duct work to the unit. I was told on several occasion they would be down to my house asap.. then Charles stopped responding to our calls and they never showed up. I've had to call others in to give me a estimate on getting the unit running and they all tell me what was not done and what should have been done. I even hired an electrician to come run the new wiring and let this company know so they could come and wire the stem back up. It 7 degrees outside and I have a brand new $5600 heat pump I can't use. I have saved all my text, phone records and taken pictures. I will be involving an attroney. How do you walk away from installing a HVAC system and not even connect the duct work to the unit. Please find someone else to install or service your units. I am sorely disappointed. It is so good to find descent people in the world anymore.
I had a natural gas leak in my house, i called Kentucky comfort solutions to come out and take a look. The owner himself came out and personally found several problems with my furnace and gas installation to the water heater. He went out of his way to correct the issues in a timely manner and save me a ton of cash. I don't know what I would do if I had not called Kentucky Comfort Solutions. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!
