sold me a warranty for $300 And then went out of business a month later So I'm gonna keep showing up and knocking on his door and see when I get my 300 back
The owner came out to check out my furnace. There was a part that needed to be ordered, he got my credit card information and then a few minutes after he left I called him to cancel the order as I got the part cheaper and elsewhere. He and his office said that I would be credited within 24-48 hours. After several calls to remind them, still is not credited and I cannot get through to them and their website is down. They owe me $350 and cannot reach anyone.
I have an old octopus/gravity furnace that no one wanted to work on and the one that said they would just wanted to sell me a new unit. Kens said they had no problem working on this furnace. First thing is they were on time actually early which i am not used to with companies. Tech was extremely nice and polite. They had the part that i needed in the truck to fix the problem that i had. He even walked me through what he was doing and why. Will certainly use this company again.
