I was recommended to Kenny's ac by a friend and he didn't disappoint. He did an amazing job installing a new unit in my attic . It's working great!
***update...we had an issue with our outdoor unit so we called Kenny who came out on a Sunday evening within an hour of when we called him. He figured out the problem, replaced a part that had broken and had us right back up and running. He is true to his word and to his warranty! We had planned to have Kenny replace our system because we knew it was about time (19 years old and LOUD), then suddenly our outdoor unit died 3 weeks before he was scheduled to replace it. Kenny came the next day and replaced the whole system in 2 days, working late into the night to get us up and running. He does quality work and we are grateful as it was still 95+ degrees outside! Also his pricing is very fair and better than the competition. Thank you Kenny!
I had a great experience with Kenny. He was very competitive with price and he did everything he said he would when he said he would do it. I would recommend him to do any AC work and I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. I am so happy with the job he did.
If you are shopping for a new HVAC unit I highly recommend you go with Kenny. He will save your thousands. We bought an older home that had 19 and 21 year old systems. We decided to replace them both and Kenny saved us over $4000 over 3 of the other “big” names in town. His quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding and he worked late into the night to get the systems running so we weren’t without AC. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I was told by one company my compressor was out, Took a second opinion! Turned out to be a relay and a hard start capacitor Everything is up and good now

Wonderful service! Kenny is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful when we had to replace our air conditioner. He found us one for a good price, which we really appreciated. We will definitely use him again!
I HIGHLY recommend him for your A/C needs. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He didn't try to squeeze money out of us and gave really helpful suggestions on how to keep us up in running until we can save enough to replace everything. If we can work with him again, we definitely will. His pup is adourable, too! Haha

Technician for James Lane said I would get a call the next day with estimates to fix my ac. I called James Lane the next morning to check on it and she said Rob would get with me soon. 3 hours later while waiting on James Lane's estimate I called Kenny. He installed a new condenser later on the same day. I never received the estimate from James Lane either. Fast service and reasonable prices. This was not at Saf-T-Loc but my home.

Great service. Called him at 9 a.m. and he was at my house by 10:30. Quickly found the problem, called to find availability of the part and did all the legwork to get it. He made it very quick and painless. Would suggest him to anyone in Wichita Falls.
