Furnace wasn’t working late Saturday evening. Kenders came 20 minutes after I called. Diagnosed the issue and had my heat on again. Very pleasant & professional. Cost was in line with what I expected. Will definitely call again in the future.

Top quality work. Communicated the issues we had with multiple hvac systems. Dylan was professional and on time. Same day repairs on our one property. We needed to replace two gas furnaces and a gas boiler. Kenders heating and air had 4 of our properties in Pittsburgh repaired/replaced within 24 hours. The furnace repair, boiler, furnace replacement were seamless. Dylan communicated to us when he’d be at our properties and sent pictures of the work completed. Dylan is amazing!!! He really knows heating and cooling. While on a business trip, I got a dreaded call from my tenant stating they had a strange chemical smell coming from the furnace. While driving home I looked for those symptoms which lead us to believe the Heat exchanger had cracked and the furnace would be red tagged. I had to tell my tenant to shut off the furnace and to get CO detectors. We were mortified that this was going to cost us thousands of dollars. Dylan checked the system out and verified that everything was ok and it was only a capacitor issue a quick and inexpensive repair. He was in and out in 15 min and was a quiet as a ninja as our tenant had a conference call in the room right next to the furnace.
