Run away. By far the most incompetent company I have ever delt with. My heat went out around Christmas time. They had to replace the motor. After weeks of waiting they finally came and rigged up a motor in which the controls were duct taped on. Then it still doesn't work. They come back out to tell me it's now a different part. Just turn off my electricity every 20 minutes and it might work. So they come out again and say the same thing They will try to find one and let me know. After yet another couple weeks I call another company. They tell me it's likely they installed the wrong motor. The second company calls back and asks if they can come look again to be sure. They take a second look and see the motor that was installed was running backwards. They flip a switch and everything runs great. When I call to explain what happened I'm told I'm wrong. More mumbo jumbo about how I don't know what I'm talking about. And how every unit build in the last 30 years is junk. And how much America is going down hill. Thats why they don't take cards because the world is going to end bla bla bla. So at the end of the day they messed up what they rigged. Tried to charge me for parts I don't need "which would not have worked anyway " then I'm pretty sure something else would be wrong. So I could just keep bleeding money to replace things that don't need to be replaced and still not have air conditioning because the first thing They did was backwards.
I've lived here in St Mary's for 30 years and I wish I would have called Ken earlier. They just installed a new system today and I couldn't be happier. Very friendly and professional crew.
Very disappointed in service. Never mentioned that his company only deals with cash or check. Knowing very well that most people have to put bigger purchases on credit cards, it should have been disclosed prior to coming to my home. Then kept mentioning how he hates working on the particular unit I have in my home. I had to run to an atm to get him cash. Comes back to my home to pick it up and states he is fine with me finding someone else to do the work. Come to find out no other AC unit place will take his diagnosis and want to charge me for another one in order to do the work. So now I’m being charged 2 diagnosis fees. He never called me back to let me know what the part and labor would cost. So I ended up going back to the original people I use Sam Pricken because they at least stick to their word and take credit cards. Do not use this company. I’ll take the loss of the $125 but buyers be ware. It’s to small of a community to take advantage of people like that.

We just moved to GA a few days ago and our AC stopped pumping cool air within the last day & a half. Our realtor & other military spouses recommended using KenCare Contracting and we’re super grateful they did!! From the minute I first called to the minute the contractors left, every person we talked with was so kind and professional. They call to give you a heads up on when they’re coming, and they arrived within an hour of me requesting help with our AC! (Which was HUGE as it was 87 degrees in our house & 90 outside!!!) They did multiple repairs within our AC unit, walked us through wiring for the thermostat, and were very informative through the entire process on what was wrong as well as for future maintenance we can do ourselves. While it may not always be the case, within 30 minutes of them leaving, our inside temp is already at 79! We are INCREDIBLY grateful for them, and will always use them in the future if we have any other HVAC needs. I would highly recommend KenCare Contracting to anyone. Thanks so much for everything!!

This was my second time using them and they where great both times! They where quick to respond and gave plenty of heads up when they where on there way. Extremely quick and efficient and immediately fixed my problem. Made no attempted to over sell me on products I don’t need! Great value and expertise. I will be using them again if something comes up!
Prompt service. Came early as scheduled. They diagnosed the entire system and only charged what was needed! Thanks again!
The technician I worked with was EXCELLENT. It went downhill from there. I asked for an estimate for repairs that I was told were needed. I had been advised to replace the unit and I wanted a price for that and the technician said the unit did not need to be replaced but that he would give me an estimatet. I asked that he also give me an estimate for cleaning and servicing. He said that he would do that. I only got a very terse $5000 for replacement and no price for service- I asked for what I was told to expect and the owner went off on me. What a JERK!
Best people. Honesty trustworthy. Worth it. Wish more people in this world were like them.

I have previously worked for property management and dreaded working with any other company for the 250 homes we manages. KenCare is the one i trusted with no hesitation. The professional relationship has transition to when i bought my own home KenCare are the only ones I will allow to service my HVAC.

Learned about KenCare through Old Republic...the home warranty company. Ken was friendly and professional from the first phone call. Fast service...was at our house the next day. Ken has and deserves more great reviews. Air conditioning is repaired and operational again—quickly! Explained the fix thoroughly and what we could do to mitigate any similar issues in the future. Would definitely recommend.
EXCELLENT. They saved us from freezing when both our heat pumps stopped.Easily the BEST HOME SERVICE I've encountered in years.They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem rapidly and thoroughly(looking at several possible causes), fixed the issue fast, and even took the time to educate about HVAC. They are a model for how contractors should be!
I dont have a clue what this place is, it keeps popping up for me to review on my Google contribute. Im sure there not bad but i cant give them 5 stars. I also need one more review with over 200 characters and thats why this is so long. When i find out what they do, i will give a better review.
KenCare is the best! Ken and his family really care about the customer. KenCare helped me negotiate with the warranty company and installed the new AC unit promptly. They were efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend KenCare for any AC work.
I had some warranty work done with this contractor and they were friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I would recommend them.
