Ken is nothing short of amazing. He came out to troubleshoot our nonfunctional upstairs AC unit. It needed to be replaced. Ken came out and worked so hard to replace it within a few days of the units coming in. I will not use anyone else for my HVAC or plumbing needs moving forward. He is honest, kind, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. He is a veteran and overall great guy! Don't hesitate to give him a call!
We’ve worked with Ken for the past several years. He’s replaced our heating /cooling with zone units. We’ve already saved $$ — more than half of our monthly electric bill. He’s also replaced our water heater with a tankless water heater and we always have hot water when we need it! He’s installed a new water faucet/line for outdoor watering. He’s done a thorough job and cleans up after himself 😁 We recommend him to anyone who asks us if we know of a good HVAC or plumber!

Ken was very professional, kept me updated on when he would be at my house. Once he was here he inspected the issue and advised us on what we need to do. I HIGHLY recommend Ken for any job.

I started having weird noises coming from my heating and air unit outdoors and eventually it stopped providing heat. We contacted a family friend and he referred us to Mr. Ken O'Brien. I called him on yesterday and he came right out the following morning. He was very professional, kind and humble. He eventually was able to identify the issue and made the repair!!! Thank you Jesus it wasn't the whole unit and it was a true Blessing! Thank you Mr. Obrien for your honesty and taking the time to fix this issue in such a timely manner. You were a true Blessing from God! Thank you also for agreeing to wear the big yellow mask for me...Even while working outside...lol! He told me he wanted to sure that I was comfortable. We have used Ken 2 time’s already and he’s has been awesome! We needed him in the summer for AC AND We just called him on Dec 26th (a holiday) after our heater went out and he called us back within 15 min. He then came over the next day and fixed the problem. He is reliable, quick to respond, and is cost effective. We HIGHLY recommend him and will continue to use him when we need him.
