Very professional and responsive. My old system went out on a Tuesday, Jason came out to give me a replacement bid the same day (less than the competition) and his technicians replaced my system on Thursday. They were very professional and worked quickly, obviously well-trained. Buying a new HVAC system is a financially painful prospect these days, but Ken-Air made the process a lot better than it could have been. The new system works great so far. I highly recommend Ken-Air.

Fabulous experience. Received quote in May. I was very slow about responding but Jason still honored May quote in September. Called Friday to schedule, installed system Tuesday. Eli, Matt and Arnold were right on time. Had AC portion up and running/ cooling before they left for lunch. Once back, furnace install complete and tested. Outside inside clean. Good to go by 2:30 pm. Thank you👍 You guys rock!
They came out to repair our A/C system and notified us that our drain line was clogged and needed to be cleared. We received an invoice for $280 for this service and paid it. 30 days later, we found that the drain pan was full and overflowing. I contacted the company to come out again. They came out and cleared the drain line a second time. This time, I was charged $1017.00 for a problem that obviously was not corrected the first time.

I installed a 12000 btu mini split at our 1st level of our beach house. I needed to have a breaker installed and the system charged. I called and spoke with SueAnn who was very friendly and professional. I explained what i needed done and within 5 minutes she called back with a quote. This was on Monday. Tuesday got a call from Graf and he said they would be done in a couple hours. Later that morning Graf called when he was finished, said all works fine and that he also reset the copper lines to clean up the connection, which I didn't ask him to do, and attached the drain hose to the back wall. Again, something extra that was not requested. This is what creates and keeps a customer. It's the little things that you do just to help out without the need to even ask. These guys are awesome and i hope this review finds more customers. Thanks for a great job Ken-Air!

I'm no one's sister, neighbor or aunt at Ken-Air; just a happy customer! Ken-Air installed the HVAC system in our new home 3 years ago. Since then we've used the company for regular maintenance, as well as installing a soft start on the AC. Once, we were having cooling issues and called for advice; it was a Saturday! The tech was headed over to help about the time we discovered the breaker was off. Finding a good, reputable and responsive contractor is a challenge these days-call Ken-Air and problem solved!
Arnold & Matt were great! They arrived early, installed a new unit, took away all the trash, answered all our questions, polite and nice to work with

20 minute service call $39 retail thermostat replaced and marked up to $145 for a total price of $240. I tried to use local, but spreading the wealth should not be this costly. Shame on me...this time.

Bad customer service Sue Ann is very rude and the “manager” Ruben as well. Horrible people skills Horrible Customer service!!! Having issues with a brand new unit in our brand new home just built a couple of years ago. Confirmed my appointment Friday for Wednesday morning had a missed call due to being at work so Because I missed my call they basically cancelled my confirmed appointment even though I had my husband home for this confirmed appointment. As I called back she was soooo rude. How many times should you have to confirm a confirmed appointment. BAD BUSINESS!!!! They obviously installed my unit wrong or did something wrong and don’t want to own up to their mistake! I did not have luxury of hiring this company they were contracted with the company we paid to build our home. If Kingsville is out of their service area then they should have never took the job to install services in my home. I can not answer my phone at work which why I missed their 2 calls! She left me two messages as I seen I had voice mail and only took me an hour to call back not 2!!! Either way still not receiving a 5 star rating from us for sure!!! She or her so called "Manager" should have never talk to me that way I am very surprised they even have as many good reviews that they do have being soo rude and disrespectful to their customers.

Excellent service- professional and courteous
Had to call Ken-air on a Saturday because the outside fan quit running. They sent a tech out to look at what was wrong. He was there within 45 minutes. He made the determination that the fan motor was bad. Ken-air got the replacement motor and advised us it was still under warranty. They did a great job and did it quickly. That is a big plus when it’s 100F outside.
Our air conditioner was replaced efficiently and with no headaches. We hardly knew the techs were here. The new AC is very quiet and great keeping the house temp. very consistent.
