AC was acting up during an August week where you do not want your AC acting up. Called Kelvin to have someone take a look and diagnose the problem. Our technician showed up nearly an hour before their arrival window opened (!), quickly found the issue and thankfully it was simple enough to solve on the spot. Would use again and recommend. The technician was on time, he was fare and fast. He managed to trouble shoot a really interesting problem with my AC. So an ant dying in between the electric connectors - causing the AC to sputter. Kind of crazy - but he got it done and we are up and running.
Javed responded to our home after living with no cool air for two days straight. Another company tried to sell us a whole new AC system, but Javed saved the day and was honest about what we needed, and on top of it even helped us out with filter changes, information, and showed us what was wrong. I would 100% recommend this company if you are looking for people who are honest, hard-working, and want you to be happy.
EMERGENCY!!!! It was 94 degrees and the old girl went out on us. It was a simple capacitor repair BUT I needed it done ASAP, And KELVIN ANSWERED THE CALL~ They made an emergency trip to the house and arrived less than ONE HOUR after I called. The Tech was amazing and we had a good chat while he worked. He was in and out in no time! Sure $285.00 was a bit more than I expected to pay BUT I figured with this being an emergency call out, excessively hot, and they were very busy it would have an additional cost which was FINE with me. You get what you pay for... Now the house is cooling off and the family is happy, what is that worth? THX KELVIN HVAC!

Misdiagnosis, high pricing and impolite. I fixed my AC with almost half of the price that Kelvin HVAC requested. He said your coil should be replace but I asked somebody else and he fixed it without replacing it. The only answer for my questions was " You are wasting my time "

Returned my call within 30 minutes. Made time to check my air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. Fully expecting “You need a new HVAC u it” but instead it was a minor repair. Fair service at a fair price! Thank you!
