I have nothing but good things to say about this company, they’ve serviced my AC unit twice now at our Commerical location & the staff has been nothing but professional from being able to get things done on time, to coming in and diagnosing the issue as best as they can & always finding the route cause. Most companies just say “hey you need new ac” and charge you an arm and a leg. Keith Deane inc’s prices are fair for everyone from small business owner to small home owner. Isael & Kevin are amazing techs & work super hard! Big shoutout to both of them for being such amazing techs and taking pride in the work they do.
Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers. Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part. In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
Outstanding, very informative, professional service, highly honest. What more can I say but this A/C company anyone needs; forget the others
