Educated me through the whole repair process, was able to get my part through warranty in less than 2 hours , excellent customer service. Dash assisted with payment processing and financing with pieces that were not covered through warranty. Will be recommending this company moving forward to all friends and family.

Had a very positive outcome using KeepCool Air Services, Our A/C unit decided to take a trip downhill after 15years. Had several technicians work on my unit along the way and that worked for a bit however it wasn't until a friend introduced us to KeepCool Air, they came to the rescue and our problems were solved. I have to say that Starting with KeepCool Air's management to the technicians professionalism I was sold, they were on point. They understood our needs and that financially this was going to be a hit, they looked out for what was best for me. Not what was best for them, they were profesional, Efficient and affective. Amazing Company Overall! Our AC unit went down last evening. Keepcool 24 hour service answered our call at the second ring. From the time KEEPCOOL answer the first call to the repairs were completed it took them less than 2.0 hours. Tech who came to our home was respectful to our home, he explained to us what was wrong with the AC unit and what repairs were needed and the cost of it. Repairs were completed on a swift and AC was up and running in no time. Tech explained to us the benefits of getting a maintenance plan and we signed up for it. We are extremely happy with their service. Thank you!

Keep Cool Air is a very firm and easy to work with company. I called after hours regarding an issue to my HVAC system not functioning correctly, and with only an over the phone diagnosis they were able to help me and send a tech my way. Using the questions they asked me over the phone they knew exactly what materials and pieces they needed to bring. They changed my thermostat and flushed my lines and added freon to my stay system and was up and running in no time. They could have easily taken the advantage and sold me a new unit as mine is a couple years old but they took their time and fixed my issues. I recommend them to all my loved ones and co workers. Definitely calling them again in any future issues!

I gave them a call and they came and inspected the system, gave me a free quote and suggested a few options to help me save on energy. Do not buy from them !!! They installed a defective AC in our house. They gave us no warranty or receipts. The people who installed had no idea what they were doing and damaged the walls and floors in our house !! The worst quality and service !!
