I highly recommend this business. We actually had a different company come out the day before. We did not trust the tech so called Keats for another opinion. Good thing we did. The other company tried to hard sell a new furnace and said the expensive part was not under warranty. Keats was trustworthy. We ended up spending a small fraction of the amount. The part WAS under warranty. Keats literally saved us thousands of dollars. Plus he was very kind. I just had Keats come out today for our AC. I still 100% recommend this company! They are so professional, trustworthy and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about this family owned business.

We discovered our A/C wasn’t working after the weather got hot this Spring—probably the worst time to need quick help with it. I made service appointments (and got replacement bids) from two companies: a very large franchise of a national company and Keats. Keats was a better experience in every way. Chris came over quickly to troubleshoot and was very thorough checking all aspects of our system. He explained everything he was seeing and talked me through every option to repair instead of replace. When I did decide to fully replace the system, I felt confident it was an informed decision—which means a lot to me. He even beat the large company’s price and timeframe for installation, and our new American Standard unit has been working great since. Chris is a perfect example of local business beating the big guys: a single point of contact, outstanding customer service, and high-quality products & installation. Highly recommend!

My Honeywell thermostat panel was not responding to touch so I managed to get into the Settings and reset it. I fixed the touch panel issue but inadvertently reset the compressor settings, etc. Chris and Brandon from Keats Heating and Cooling just left after spending almost 45 minutes entering the correct codes and just charged me for the service call - and it was after 6:30 PM!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend Keats!

Keats was referred by my family and I cannot say enough how easy he made everything. He is honest, takes the time to explain, and clearly the best choice. AC unit in the backyard went out called him and got an appointment for the same day. He actually came earlier then expected which was great. When I asked questions he explained what the part did and why its important in a way as someone who isn't in this line of work would understand which helped me understand. Pricing was fair for the parts and labor as his doing nearly and I actually think ALL the work by himself, which is insane but props to him! My AC unit WILL have to be replaced just can't do it right now cause I need to save up for it, but I will definitely be going through Chris for when I have the time and money to replace it. I will be recommending this company to everyone who needs help with their AC or heating.

Our thermostat kept reporting to check the furnace. We had replaced the filter and it still kept alerting, so we contacted Keats and Chris came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly wired the thermostat and inspected the furnace. We found the motor was an issue and would need to be replaced, we decided to replace the furnace instead, and Chris replaced the unit the same day. He explained all of the issues and our options and was very professional. We will only be using Keats in the future!

I had my AC replaced on the hottest day of the year. My AC broke down late in the afternoon, he was able to source a new AC and had it completely installed within 3 hours. After the installation he has checked back with us a few times to ensure that it was working properly and that we were completely happy with the new AC.
