I highly recommend this business. We actually had a different company come out the day before. We did not trust the tech so called Keats for another opinion. Good thing we did. The other company tried to hard sell a new furnace and said the expensive part was not under warranty. Keats was trustworthy. We ended up spending a small fraction of the amount. The part WAS under warranty. Keats literally saved us thousands of dollars. Plus he was very kind. I just had Keats come out today for our AC. I still 100% recommend this company! They are so professional, trustworthy and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about this family owned business.
We discovered our A/C wasn’t working after the weather got hot this Spring—probably the worst time to need quick help with it. I made service appointments (and got replacement bids) from two companies: a very large franchise of a national company and Keats. Keats was a better experience in every way. Chris came over quickly to troubleshoot and was very thorough checking all aspects of our system. He explained everything he was seeing and talked me through every option to repair instead of replace. When I did decide to fully replace the system, I felt confident it was an informed decision—which means a lot to me. He even beat the large company’s price and timeframe for installation, and our new American Standard unit has been working great since. Chris is a perfect example of local business beating the big guys: a single point of contact, outstanding customer service, and high-quality products & installation. Highly recommend!
My Honeywell thermostat panel was not responding to touch so I managed to get into the Settings and reset it. I fixed the touch panel issue but inadvertently reset the compressor settings, etc. Chris and Brandon from Keats Heating and Cooling just left after spending almost 45 minutes entering the correct codes and just charged me for the service call - and it was after 6:30 PM!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend Keats!
Keats was referred by my family and I cannot say enough how easy he made everything. He is honest, takes the time to explain, and clearly the best choice. I bought my house a couple years ago and he was honest about everything. Keeping that thing running as long as we could, we eventually needed to replace our 19 year old furnace. He ensured the process for getting a new one was easy and clearly explained my options for me. Easily 5 stars. Thank you!!
This is a fabulous company, my furnace went out. He was here the same day and got it running. I'm very satisfied with this company.
Monday at 10:40 AM, I called to schedule service as our heat went out over the weekend. He was able to come out in less than and hour to repair! Super friendly, polite , large dog friendly as well as fair priced. I highly recommend! I will definitely use him again in the future.
Chris had great and honest communication which was much appreciated. This evening, my family and I can sleep peacefully and comfortably because of his expertise in fixing our air conditioning unit! Definitely a blessing.
AC unit in the backyard went out called him and got an appointment for the same day. He actually came earlier then expected which was great. When I asked questions he explained what the part did and why its important in a way as someone who isn't in this line of work would understand which helped me understand. Pricing was fair for the parts and labor as his doing nearly and I actually think ALL the work by himself, which is insane but props to him! My AC unit WILL have to be replaced just can't do it right now cause I need to save up for it, but I will definitely be going through Chris for when I have the time and money to replace it. I will be recommending this company to everyone who needs help with their AC or heating.
Our thermostat kept reporting to check the furnace. We had replaced the filter and it still kept alerting, so we contacted Keats and Chris came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly wired the thermostat and inspected the furnace. We found the motor was an issue and would need to be replaced, we decided to replace the furnace instead, and Chris replaced the unit the same day. He explained all of the issues and our options and was very professional. We will only be using Keats in the future!
Chris came out on such short notice when our heater went out. I called and within minutes he was at our house. He laid out what all our options were and installed both an A/C and heater quickly. Definitely go with Keats over bigger companies if you want fast and quality work. We appreciate everything he did for us!
Chris came out very fast, did phenomenal work and the work was done quickly, incredibly friendly, professional and it wasn't expensive, but I am a firm believer in paying for what you get and I got excellent service. I will always refer this company to friends and family.
Chris came out the same day we called (Saturday) and was able to get our heater back up and running. He was super respectful and knowledgeable. Also was affordable.
Chris was great to work with. He went over and above to make sure we had heat. Was there the next day and on the weekend to install a new furnace. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work done! Thank you!!
Highly recommend! Chris, the owner and service guy, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came out at short notice and gave straightforward answers when he could have tried to get me to spend more money. He was open in communication. His staff were also friendly and helpful. Its nice to work with a down to earth, locally-owned small business. We will definitely call him for future HVAC needs.
This is probably the best experience we have ever had with a heating/cooling company in Omaha. Great customer service and help. Very affordable and quality work. We will definitely be using Keat’s for all of our HVAC needs.

I had my AC replaced on the hottest day of the year. My AC broke down late in the afternoon, he was able to source a new AC and had it completely installed within 3 hours. After the installation he has checked back with us a few times to ensure that it was working properly and that we were completely happy with the new AC. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO INSTALL OR SERVICE YOU HAVAC SERVICE THERE IS NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER
Had a problem with our AC right before it was supposed to break 100 degrees. We reached out to Keats and they were able to make it out and get us back up and running. We definitely appreciate them making the time to help us out and for providing us with a sensible resolution that didn't break the bank.
Our ac unit went out, and our newborn was only 3 weeks old. It was a very stressful time, and keats came over and fixed it the day I called! It was such a relief to be able to stay at home, and be cool. Thanks Keats for having a family centered business, we appreciate it!
