Kevin has been our A/C guy since we bought our house in 2015. He always makes time to help us, even late at night when necessary. His pricing is very reasonable and he will actually help you *save* money where he can. He actually cares about making sure you are comfortable and satisfied, and isn’t just trying to bleed you of as much money as possible. He does excellent work and everything he’s fixed/installed has held up and been problem-free ever since. I cannot recommend him enough!
Kevin is a gem - he was genuinely concerned for my welfare (of course my heater failure happened during a cold spike) and with keeping the cost down. I'll definitely return to him for HVAC needs in the future!
Kevin is AMAZING!!! He came to our house after work and stayed until almost 8pm. He was able to somehow get our old broken AC unit fired up long enough to cool the house down. Instead of just repaired this old unit we decided to replace it. He obviously cares enough about his clients to only use the best equipment. We got the most affordable quote, with the best quality work. He's the BEST!!!

Kevin is very professional, kind, and honest. He saved us thousands. Through my own troubleshooting I thought I had a bad compressor. I replaced my capacitor, checked the fan motor and contactors, but the system was still blowing fuses. Kevin determined amd found a short in my wiring and fixed the problem.
My A/C suddenly quit on one of the hottest days in August of this year. Everybody scattered as it felt like a furnace inside without any cool air. I texted Kevin Dong of KD Airpro and he came over that day to charge it with coolant and spent hours doing that so we could return to the property the next day. The leak was so bad that by the next morning, there was no cool air again. I texted Kevin again and we ageeed it needed to be replaced and he came out the following day, spending all day to complete the total change-out, including the furnace unit. Kevin is an amazing worker and works into the night to try to get your system working. He installed a fabulous new system which we all love and so appreciate his immediate response and excellent service even under the intense pressure of a very hot August.
SHOUT OUT TO THE AC REAPAIR MAN OF THE YEAR! Anyone in the Austin and surrounding area save the number for Kevin. Let me just say he is 100% an amazing person and has delivered on customer service. He came out yesterday on a freaking holiday weekend to look at our ac unit. I his service charge was so affordable and I am pretty sure it was just his normal charge. If you have ever had ac problems on a weekend let alone a holiday weekend you know how difficult and expensive it can be to get someone out. Today the landlord approved to have everything fixed, but Kevin has to order the parts and they wont be here till Wednesday. Most ac people would have just been like oh your dying until Wednesday and not cared. Kevin came back out today (still a holiday when most people are not working) brought us not only 1, but 2 window ac units to keep us cool till the parts come in. Oh an he didn't stop there he also put the window units in and got them all situated for us. He has a family he could be enjoying the weekend with, but he still came out and helped us when we needed it. He went above and beyond and kept such a fair and inexpensive cost. Seriously Kevin deserves to be noted as ac repair man of the year. Dont lose his number you will be sorry later. He said he will drive out to dripping springs, lago vista and go all over the greater Austin area. Trust me I will refer everyone I know to him. Me and my babies get to have good night sleep and stop sweating alm bc he went the extra mile to help us without us even asking he offered the window units to us. So thankful that there are still kind, generous, caring people out there.
Kevin has saved us from 100 degree days a couple of times. He's prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable, and incredibly honest. I can't say enough good things about him and his business.
Kevin did great work for me in replacing my old HVAC system and increasing my insulation. He is thorough and all about doing an excellent job and in a timely way.

Kevin is AMAZING!!! He needs a cape because he's the closest thing I've seen to superman! He fixed my AC back in 2018 and came back this year, quickly troubleshooted the issue and determined that I needed the compressor and coil replaced. Watching him was like watching a home improvement show in fast forward! He took the coil out, installed the coil, soldered the wiring, cut pvc pipe…everything! It was amazing. Most importantly, he called the warranty company and *fought* to have the coil covered by the manufacturer and actually convinced them to cover it and lowered my cost by half!!! When working with anybody - plumbers, AC repair, electricians - you always wonder if they either know what they are doing or if they are going to charge you more. You don't need to worry with Kevin. I have never seen a person as competent and, most importantly, he has your back! He will advocate for you and he will do what's best for you. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!!
Kevin had came to me as a recommendation from a neighbor. After showing him how my a/c was reaching a low of 92F in Texas summer heat, he was willing to work me into his busy schedule. His prices are extremely reasonable for the work done and service provided. He is reliable and responsive as he was working. I didn't have to leave my work to stay around while he worked. He worked late into the night to make sure the place had a/c the next day, even though he had two other jobs he had to run off to. I've already given his number to all of my friends and family who live in Austin. 13/10 would recommend again.
