Response was very quick and able to come same day to fix our drain issue. Very professional and knowledgeable so highly recommend.

Brad was very professional and thorough in checking the drainage tiles from my downspouts.
Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate and they never showed or called to cancel.
Had an appointment scheduled, no one showed for the appt and then no one is answering the phone. No return call after leaving a message. Finally received a call, hours after appointment time. Wanting to tell me why there was such a delay. 3-5 hours after appt time.
Brad was very nice willing to awnser any question we had. He came to fix our problem within 2 hours of us calling when other plumbers were telling me it would be a week or longer. We were able to get 3 other plumbers to come out over a 4 day period and nobody could take care of our situation. It took Brad less than an hour and our problem was fixed. He is simply amazing. If you have any plumbing issues give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Brad did an amazing job. Calm, professional, thorough. He explained everything to us, allaying our fears of having to tear up our basement. He will provide a pipe insert to the 120-year old clay pipes under our concrete basement floor - no digging involved. Miracle! Before he arrived, we had a foul sewer smell in the house, and now we are back to normal. Thank you, Brad and KC Plumbing!

We had issues with things draining. Brad came to us, very kind and professional. He was also very thorough compared to when we had the same problem months ago and used a different company. I feel confident in his work and hopefully now we’ll have an easier time keeping the roots at bay.
KC Plumbing and Rooter is my go-to plumbing company for any kind of work I am needing done or considering. It’s clear the team is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. Their estimates have always been accurate with no increases in scope and they are quick in getting the job done. I have used them both for emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and projects. Each time the rates were reasonable and I could trust the work was done right the first time.
They arrived within 5 hours of being called. Immediately addressed the problem and fixed it and cleaned up.
Had to wait three months for parts to come in and he cut corners and told me, also told IGS HOME WARRANTY he cut corners, this failing at his job which should of been done the first time now I have damages to my side door my driveway and my backyard is all burned up from the epoxy. This guy doesn't deserve to own or operate a business period. Heed my words
Brad saved the day, quick call and sms detailing the issue, two hours later he was there, two hours later it was good for the time being and a long term plan for a permanent fix is on the way... Definitely worth to call him.

Brad truly lives up to his title "Master Plumber" He is very thorough with his work and takes time to make sure that it is done properly he does not do rush jobs so be prepared if it takes a little longer than the estimated time to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him the money spent was worth it!!!
