The stress of a restaurant is hard enough without broken equipment. After suffering with faulty fryers for several months I was graced with Jeffrey's presence today. He was quick to identify the problem and made short work of it with a fantastic upbeat attitude. I would recommend Jeffrey and KC Mechanical to anyone struggling to find the proper solution.
I really wish I could give 10 stars. Travis was amazing! I’m single and know zero about HVAC. He and his crew came out twice and where professional and honest. It’s hard to find someone that does a job great, honestly, and thoroughly, they did this. Though I’m not excited about 100 degree weather I know my unit is prepared. He also installed a new smart thermostat and it’s made a world of a difference!

Did an improper install. Owner said they would be back to fix it. After numerous calls and multiple months passing, they blocked incoming calls.. Horrible work and unprofessional. Don't use these guys..for commercial or residential. Pics available!
Horrible service! They do not show up to scheduled appointments and they never respond, or answer their phones. They have been stringing us along for close to 6 months and the issue is still not fixed. Do NOT use this company!
They came out and replaced my A/C. The installer (Colby) was professional and polite. He knew what he was doing and did a amazing job. Thank you
No showed twice for a repair and didn’t call to reschedule or give an explanation. They never return your phone calls. I do not recommend this company.
Best HVAC company very professional and did amazing work
Long story short I had an issue with my ac it was turning on or staying on for more than 5 minutes. so I used my home warranty to get the issue resolved and was contracted by this company KC Mechanical LLC. technician came out attempted to service the ac unit and created more problems than actual resolutions. He also tried to install a blower because he said mine was malfunctioning which I agree it sounded odd upon installing it the technician left a mess in the hallway boxes and trash everywhere. Issue still not fixed informs me he will be back the next day, next day comes and now there’s an issue with my wiring for my thermostat. I’ll come back the next day because I don’t know how to fix it says the technician my buddy is going to stop by tomorrow and fix it. Now day 3 “the buddy” in which the 1st technician stated will come help turns out being the owner of the company. Although the owner was a cool guy what I’m looking here for is results a fixed ac. The owner says I’ll be back tomorrow need to order a new motor. Day 4 motor comes and now the motor doesn’t fit back to the drawing board. Owner says I’ll be back , tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and he says I’ll be there later (at least give me a time frame 1-5pm 8am-12pm) something never indicated a time finally I text him at 5pm and ask “are you still coming” his response is sorry can’t make it had two people call out and prior to that he indicated his employer which was the first technician quit on him. I understand people have problems but not constantly I just want my ac fix. Long story short I finally asked my home warranty If they can reassign me a contractor who can get the job done. I’m not here to bash anyone just bring awareness to the type of contractor I experienced and the results I never got and was promised.
