Came out quick and figured out my problem. Priced really well. I would use them anytime for my heating and cooling needs.
Tim is the real deal! I’m not quick to trust. Tim came out to home and was honest. I just needed my hvac system to have its annual maintenance. Other companies told me to replace, Tim got me up and running in less then an hour. A year later and I’m having Tim back to add a small a/c unit to my loft that gets unbearable in the summer. Tim’s the only person I trust with my heating and cooling. Customer for life!
Tim does great work and is quick to resolve problems. Definitely will use again.
I can't thank Tim enough for his service. It went from 50⁰ to 90⁰ overnight last week. I called numerous companies first thing Tuesday morning to get a tech come look at my unit and everyone was booked solid the entire week. I was finally able to get a tech scheduled for Wednesday between 4pm-6pm. I work from home in my office in the basement and luckily the basement stays pretty cool for the most part. The temperature in my house reached annunbearable 92⁰ by the time the tech arrived. The tech determined the unit needed to be replaced. The estimate he provided was astronomical, not to mention they couldn't get the unit installed until Thursday the next week. I continued to call more companies on Thursday the following day to get a second opinion and continued to get the same response that nobody was available until the next week. Luckily I was able to reach Tim and he was kind enough to squeeze me in at 4pm between appointments. He thoroughly checked my AC unit and did confirm it needed to be replaced. His estimate was half the cost of estimate I first received AND we would install it on Saturday! He was extremely polite, personable, and honest which was the complete opposite of the tech from the other company. Tim promptly had the estimate emailed to me with a couple of options. I was not even provided a copy of an estimate from the other company until I called and ask for a copy. Tim followed up to confirm what option I decided on and arrived at my house Saturday morning. It was a very hot and stressful week, and Tim came to the rescue! I will certainly continue to use KC Climate Tech for any of my HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs. Tim is hard working, honest, and accommodating and I will certainly support and refer this reliable small business to anyone needing such services.
Tim Johnson was referred to me by a mutual friend. Our original HVAC unit was 19 years old and on the verge of a catastrophic failure. Tim was available to come over immediately to give us a quote. I felt like his quote was very reasonable considering today's pricing. We decided to go with his quote and the unit was installed in less than a week later. Tim was on time and stayed until the project was completed. He did not leave the site to attend to any other customers. We feel that he did a fantastic job and we are very satisfied with the work, so far. Tim promised to come back in the heat of the summer to check the AC unit to ensure that it is performing perfectly. Thank you to KC Climate Tech for the speedy service and attention!

Highly recommend KC Climate Tech. Tim is very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He got me a good deal on high efficiency units that were eligible for utility company rebates. They worked hard in extreme heat to get installation done in my attic on the hottest day of the year without complaint. Very reponsive to calls and questions.

Professional and to the point. This is the company I will call when eve I have a Heating, A/C, or Plumbing need. Really know there stuff and at a fair price to boot. Gets in and gets the job done. Saved me a bunch of money everybody else wanted me to replace my whole system and they fixed it in about an hour.
