They took my money. I took them to small claims; won. Still won’t pay me back.
4 days since and no response or apology/phone call , here is what to expect below ! This company is not very professional, beginning with long text messages explaining different excuses as to why they are so busy , and why they can’t swing by. They will then schedule appointments with no authorization from the customer ! They showed up at my house with no authorization whatsoever and began looking into my fenced patio? The employee who I spoke with over the phone threatened to leave my house with no AC at all after I politely explained he wasn’t supposed to be there , he was halfway with his job and had the audacity to tell me he will leave my girlfriend and my dog with no ac in 110 degree weather. Horrible experience , I am writing this as they are working on it . I have called multiple times today and have received a text message from one of the employees saying “I am at hospital right now sorry I will call him I just can’t talk right now….sorry I will handle when I can…. It have to do this” , unfortunately this was all I received throughout the day.
I'm convinced that KB A/C and Heating is one the best in the business! They have earned my trust and confidence many times over as I've used their services on commercial jobs and at my home. In 2018, I contracted KB A/C and Heating as part of a project to replace multiple commercial grade HVAC units at a materials processing facility. Their proposed price, installation schedule and warranties made KB A/C and Heating the clear choice among other companies. They were accommodating to the daily, plant operations and installed the new units post haste. Since that time, I have relied on Kris's expertise and recommendations to perform any necessary repairs my home's aging, 16+ y.o. A/C unit. Last year, my A/C went down, Kris squeezed me into his schedule at the end of a long day. He showed up around 6:00pm and quickly diagnosed the multiple issues that caused my A/C to go down. Kris worked tirelessly to repair and bring our A/C back online that evening and not leaving until the job was completed around 11:00pm. Kris's professionalism and staunch work ethic are absolutely unparalleled!
Kris is great! He was punctual and was very detailed. He helped me install lines for my split unit and let me watch everything he did, while explaining it. He did a bunch of extra stuff I wasn't expecting him to do, but he wants to make sure everything is done right and professional. Best part is he DESTROYS anyone else on price. The "big guys" are so overpriced its embarrassing. Ill be using Kris for all of our AC/Heating needs in the future!
Was referred by a friend, I had a complicated project but he came through every time we came across possible problems going above and beyond what was expected
Our A/C went out on a Sunday late afternoon. We called KB A/C and Heating and Kris showed up in 40min. I was blown away how fast he got to the job. Kris quickly repaired our system with the new fan and capacitor after diagnosing what the problem was and had the house cooling again in under an hour! We highly recommend Kris! He was polite clean and ceagern to get us up and running as quickly as possible with a great price!
I shopped around and received multiple quotes to install a new A/C and heater unit and KB A/C beat them all by over $1,000. The options and processes was explained in a knowledgeable and professional manor. They even brought over a portable A/C unit to keep me cool while I waited for it to be done. I would definitely recommend this company.
Great experience
Just closed on our house and 24hrs in the AC went out. Kris is here at 1030 PM cleaning the coils and making sure everything is repaired. Kris and Brittany are amazing. Won’t go to anyone else again.
They are the best! They go above and beyond to make things easy and give you great service. Prices are lowest I have ever encountered. No uncomfortable sales only repair what you need to keep you unit running smooth.
